Cooper Madison is very opinionated most of the time – he is honest and straightforward which can often be a very off-putting trait. Coop isn’t the kind of person to let people walk all over him; when he knows what he wants there is no talking him in to something else. Basically he’s as stubborn as they come and he won’t often admit to being wrong. Cooper doesn’t see being stubborn as a flaw. Why would it be wrong to know exactly what you like and what you don’t like? He always gets really irritated with people who can’t make up their minds because he is a very decisive guy. He’ll state the first thing that comes to his mind almost as if he has no filter, but usually he isn’t too harsh. When it comes to girls, Cooper is just like every other guy. He likes to have a good time, but he’s typically respectful… at least he tries to be. Cooper isn’t fully captivated by the concept of chivalry, but if he’s serious about a girl he’ll get whipped – the whole, offering his jacket and opening doors kind of thing.. not that he would ever admit to doing any of those things.

Coop is the kind of guy who is genuinely protective over his family and his friends. He doesn’t like when people try to mess with the people he cares about. Typically he can control his temper but he wouldn’t be surprised if he got angry enough to hit someone.. or something. When he gets frustrated he has a habit of punching walls. Truth be told he punched the walls so much when he was young that his parents had to buy him a punching bag; he’s easily irritable. Cooper can be selfish at times, but he argues that it’s only because he wants what is best for him and his family Amongst other things, Coop can be fairly sarcastic and a bit of a prankster. The smallest things amuse him. For example, once his younger sister painted their father’s toenails while he was sleeping and Coop couldn’t stop laughing about it for a week; he doesn’t forget things easily. He likes when he has a job to do because he thinks that hard-working people succeed in life.. or just in general. He’s afraid of being a failure.

• Cooper Brian Madison was born November 18, 1979 in Beverly Hills, California. He was Danielle and Chris Madison’s first child.
  
• As a toddler and young boy Cooper’s parents tried to get him involved in movies but he was short-tempered and wouldn’t have any of it. He preferred to play with his toys and watch TV; bossing around friends was also preferable.
  
• A month after his tenth birthday his mother gave birth to his little sister. At first he couldn’t stand the infant. Seriously, all she did was cry. He also hated not being the center of his parents’ attention anymore and had some anger issues.
  
• His parents bought him a punching bag and he got pretty involved in sports; Cooper fell in love with being active and started playing football when he entered sixth grade. He was pretty scrawny though and didn’t have much time on the field.
  
• In eight grade Cooper’s mind shifted from only sports to involve both sports and girls. His first girlfriend lasted about two months which he was pretty proud of as a thirteen year-old.
  
• Enter high school and Cooper was still focused on the same two things. Grades were pretty much secondary – as long as he didn’t fail anything he didn’t really care. At this point in his life he had found that he really enjoyed going on film sets with his father and watching him direct; he spent his summers as kind of an intern to his father when he realized that he definitely wanted to be a director one day.
  
• Cooper graduated high school and went to UCLA in order to further his education and pursue a career in the film industry. College was definitely time for him to work hard and party harder.
  
• He was twenty two years old when he graduated and he moved back in with his parents as his father helped him to get jobs. He hated that he was pretty much using his dad’s reputation to get work, but he was willing to do anything to make a name for himself.
  
• Now living with his almost thirteen year old sister he actually started to feel pretty protective over her. He told her she was never allowed to date – and somehow she actually seemed to listen.
  
• When he turned twenty seven he moved into his own house; it was actually a house his parents owned for an investment, but they were allowing him to stay there.. with the condition that Chanelle could live with him. He didn’t like the idea, but it was way better than living at home with his parents.
  
• Now thirty one and living in a gorgeous house with his younger sister, Coop just wants to make a name for himself and start a family.
