personality evaluated. First way to describe Randy is that he is one of a kind, he is a pretty closed off character, but then he will surprise you are the weirdest moments and become this child in seconds and act completely different, sometimes this depends on people he is with. He is a very professional man, he takes his work seriously and likes to see his talent move from him to other people, from once being in the industry himself he feels good in making his mark on other musicians in the world and help them get recording contracts and better business, he is pretty much the middle man between an open mic talent to a future multimillion dollar selling music whiz. He is rude in the sense of bluntness; it was something that had lingered with him since he was in the marines, something he did since the age of 20-27, and it was one way to get through to the other guys, they didn’t listen when you tried to bargain with them so he was pretty rude when he moved up the ranks and would just be so blunt that even the knucklehead would understand him clearly, living at sea for a long period of time was never a good thing, being stuck around the same men day in and night, yeah that was pretty hard.
Another thing that made Randy who he was, was his childhood, he was always the bad kid on the block and even though his father was a police officer that never stopped him, he is a pretty aggressive man when he wants to be but due to age and well, life. He changed a little and was a lot better now than before, definitely at controlling his temper. He is a caring person, with age that has become better to him and he does think about people’s feelings even though some would think otherwise due to other aspects of his personality, but they would be wrong. I would be better listing the different personality traits that he had but then I would be here a long time and it would sound the same to everyone else that has to write in this section. He is pretty carefree for a thirty three year old, he likes to still go out and have a laugh with people, women are a good part of his life too, he isn’t one to just hook up with someone and that was it, move to the next and ditch them too, but at the same time he didn’t really like relationships, most of his never ended well so he decided being alone was ok with him for now and he would move on when he was ready. He is very parental, he has a child from when he was twenty two and was on leave from the marines but he lives with the mother and he gets to see him when he gets a chance, though it is not what he wants, he still likes the fact he is in his son’s life, more than he could say for some parents these days.
He can be quite intimidating to some, he is pretty big in the business and of course he had a marine corp head on his shoulders which means he doesn’t like to take shit from no one, but other than that he is a pretty laid back kind of guy, that just gets by in the world by working hard and playing harder, he is one you will love or hate, if you can deal with mood swings and basically his personality then you will get on with him just fine.

history evaluated. • Born on the 31st January 1978 in a local hospital near his home in New Jersey, he was the first of three children that Mister and Mrs Demarco would bear together and though as they held him close to their hearts, they didn’t realise he was going to be the hardest to deal with.
• Problems only started when the youngest turned the age of five, he was naturally a very lively and active young boy, he played soccer and basketball every weekend and was nice to a lot of people, and a very good brother to his siblings, though toward the end of that year he was changing a little, around the time his youngest sister was born, his parents always said it was because he didn’t have as much attention anymore
• At ten he got into his first fight at school, someone had cheated on their test and was rubbing it in, to the whole class, it angered the young boy and he took a pencil and drove it through the other boy’s hand on the table, he was suspended from school and homeschooled for a couple of months due to it, having anger management classes at the same time, he recalls ‘not remembering why he got so angry’
• At thirteen he was on the basketball and soccer team, he was keeping to his anger management classes but still had trouble keeping his cool when he was provoked by people, so he was used to getting into fights with others and it was not good on the school reputation, so he was terminated from the place and had to be homeschooled from then on, when he found out he turned his room upside down in anger and even hit his little sister in rage, which he regrets.
• At sixteen he attended a military camp, he was one of the youngest people there and it was the last resort to the out of control teenager, they put him in his place pretty quickly and he was put on their boxing team to keep that rage from building up in his system, he met the girl he lost his virginity too while he was there, she wasn’t in the camp, they met when everyone went out for a night out, they kept in contact for a long time but he did distance from her after a while.
• He carried on boxing when he got home from camp and even competed for a short while, he continued to have his therapy and home schooling before he turned eighteen and decided he wanted to go into the marine corps and help out of his country, so he admitted himself and was accepted, after six months of gruelling training he was finally a marine corp.
• At twenty he was promoted to a captain of his squad and was known best as ‘Randy’ the guy who made rude remarks, was always up for a fight, you never messed with him, he was a straight talker and took no shit, no one called him Randall.
• At twenty one when he was one leave for a little while due to injury he met a young lady that was a waitress at a bar and they got talking, the whole two months he was home they spent together and when he left she didn’t tell him she was pregnant, he found out due to a letter that was sent to him whilst he was back at camp at twenty two that he was a father to a young boy, and his name was Joshua Randall Demarco, she kept his last name in honour, he confessed that she was his first ever love, though when he got back they never seemed to be able to work it out and just switch from having the child.
• At twenty seven he left the marines corps and decided to go and do his own thing, he had always been a good singer and had been on tour before when he was on leave, so he took the chance to try and pursue that, he didn’t actually go out there and become the next Lady Gaga, he actually did a little singing before he went into management and went looking for good talent and would sign them up to a program to get them more noticed, it was like a label that didn’t really pay the talent, they just took them on, got their voice out there, took a commission and then let them go.
• At thirty one he finally got his own business and now he looks out for talent and will either sign them to his own label ‘Randy Records’ or send them on to someone else that will do the same for them. Since then that is what he had been doing, taking most likely younger talent and giving them the chance to get into the industry and boost them through the ranks.
