personality evaltuated.Who exactly is Kate Peterson? She's a fiercely independent individual who doesn’t need people fighting her own battles. Perhaps if she were the only sole survivor after an apocalypse, she’d be able to live to an old age. She's an individualist who couldn't really give a shit about the latest trends in fashion. It's more of a "screw trends" approach for Kate and she wouldn't have it any other way. Under certain circumstances, she’s not afraid to start any sort of fight -- it’s only wrong to underestimate someone like her.
Kate’s not scandalous; she’s simply a bitch. Well if brutally honest means the same thing then it’d be placed into this category. She doesn’t like to call herself bitchy, nor does she like anyone else calling her that, because it’s a word she prefers to associate with the sluts, whores and Paris Hilton's of the world. Everyday it seems that Kate says something bitchy, but when she’s in a bad mood, she tends to go all out and says things to people’s faces without thinking twice. She bags out the people she hates, whether they’ve done something to her, they annoy her to the extreme or if the person is everything hates in people.
Kate pretty much dislikes preppy princesses, “I’m always right” smart arses, “I’m too proud of myself” jack-arses, nosey people who don’t mind their own business, sluts and fake trendy wannabes. Kate would most likely call herself the only normal and sane person even though others think of her as a freak. Therefore she can be quite picky when chosing who to be friends with. She’s probably the only girl with good morals, but she’s not particularly sweet as everyone would expect of a girl with those kinds of moralities. A reason why people may hate her is because of her sudden outbursts of rudeness to people she immensely hates. It’s normal right?
As mentioned before, Kate can be quite fussy when choosing friends – that’s why she doesn’t have many. However she could care less about how many friends she has, at least they’re people she can get along with and aren’t made of plastic. As her motto goes, "It's about quality, not quantity." First impressions count for Kate. When you first come across her, your actions and sayings in front of her will determine what kind of relationship you’ll be having in the near future unless she has a change of heart which may be more or less a good or bad thing. She’ll attempt to be polite, although she’s quick to judge unless she gives you the time of day. On the plus side, she’s a loyal friend ( or asset if you prefer it ) who sticks up for you in times of great need. She stands up for her friends and makes other people’s lives hell if they try to mess with her friends.
She tends to holds grudges for a very long time and forgiving is easier said than done, therefore it’s a never forgive and never forget situation unless the person tells her they’re truly sorry. She’ll most likely brush the incident off, but will want to have nothing to do with the person and will forever hate them.
Kate is a girl who just happens to have a lot of feelings towards things and is not afraid to voice it. In other words, she has a lot of opinions. Most times, her opinions aren’t always of the positive kind, and she can be very straightforward about it. She loves to voice her opinions whether it’s to friends or in a classroom environment. If things don’t go her way, she will most likely voice her thoughts to make people understand and see her perspective on issues. She doesn't care what people think of her, as long as they know that she’s there.
You’re probably thinking that Kate’s a cruel and heartless bitch by now, but that’s only because it’s the only thing that defines her in an interesting way. In all honesty, Kate isn’t all that bad. Despite being said bitch, she can be a fun-loving party girl who would want nothing but to go out or to have movie marathons at the end of the day. When you get a chance to really know Kate, you’ll know what a good person she really is. One is usually taking their chances if they first talk to Kate because the time it takes to warm up to her is varied and dependent on her mood. If she’s pissy, angry, annoyed or PMS-ing, be careful because you will be facing Little Miss Rude. On the other hand, if she’s in a good mood or if you offer her kripsy kreme donuts, she’ll be very friendly and will certainly be more of her nicer self. She loves to laugh and if anything, is seen more with big a smile on her face when she walks down the school corridors In contrary to popular belief, she does have compassion and pity inside of her when she sees one of her friends struggling with something, both physically and emotionally. And yes, she is the type of girl who will fight off bullies for a little kid, or anyone.

history evaluated. In the busy afternoon of March the third nineteen eighty-seven, a business CEO Charles and his trophy wife Katharine Peterson, welcomed their third child and second daughter, Caitlin. Tears of joy surrounded the hospital located in Salem, Massachusetts where the family lived in comfortable estate. Kate was born three years after her older brother Greg, and a long twelve years after their older sister Jennifer. Everything had been a rush after that, with Charles soon having to run off back to New York for a large company meeting; Greg soon becoming sick from the flu and having to be looked after by their grandmother at home; and Jennifer having to prepare for her dance recital later on in the night. Having just given birth to a child and everyone running off a few seconds later, she had no choice but to remain alone in the hospital while the nurses ran tests on the newborn Kate. Then the week came after Katharine was discharged from the hospital. Everyone tried to slow their paces down once Katharine came home with Kate in her loving arms. But once the honeymoon period ended, everything went back to running around.
It was then that Katharine cracked. Frustrated at being alone all the time, not being able to handle how busy the Peterson family had become; and Charles’ growing alcohol problem, she decided to leave without any notice. It became a huge strain the family and especially on Charles when he woke up the next morning to find a small note on the bedside table. The family would’ve been lying if they said that Katharine’s disappearance didn’t affect them greatly. In fact, Charles had officially become an alcoholic, Jennifer suffered early depression and their grandmother had no choice but to sell her home to move in and look after the two young children Greg and Kate. Expecting Katharine to come home thinking she’d come around, it was after a month with still no sign that the Peterson family ultimately realised that she’d never come back.
The children grew up in a relatively good household, but with an alcoholic father and a mother who wasn’t there, they weren’t exactly the perfect soapbox family. Jen, Greg and Kate were looked after however, by their grandmother -- Charles’ mother -- and would become the children’s mother figure from then on. As for Kate, she grew up not knowing or seeing her mother at all, but was always told by her grandmother that she instead died during childbirth. Then, it was during one night that Kate’s drunken father admitted the truth to a ten year old Kate, crushing her spirits and views on her mother whom she now started to ultimately hate for leaving.
Going back to when Kate turned five, it was the same year her talent in photography was discovered and her love for it started. Always one to go out and play in the garden, she was intrigued by the colourful bugs in the bushes but was disappointed whenever they ran away. It was when her sister Jen suggested taking photos of the garden that Kate first picked up a camera -- a disposable -- and started snapping away. It was hard to separate any camera from Kate, but the disposables kept piling up, that was, until Kate turned six and received her first for keeps camera from her father. Despite the transition from disposables to non-disposable, it was still difficult to be able to separate the camera from her.
For Kate, tuning six also meant starting elementary school that was scary and daunting, but nonetheless, Kate soon found her comfort zone and soon made friends. The only problem was that she was more interested in taking photographs during lunchtimes than play manicures and hair. Unlike those girls, she wasn’t interested in the colour pink or the Barbie dolls. She was more interested in the colour of the sky to the different shades of green. Even though she had a very girly older sister, Jen was always out of the house, so Kate was considered closer to her brother more than anything. And often playing with him and his friends, she had never learnt to appreciate the things girls her age were doing and usually went in the other direction. Nonetheless, she still had a vast amount of friends throughout school.
Towards Kate’s final years in elementary, the recovering Peterson family had more issues to face. With Greg now in middle school, their father had become more demanding and placed more pressure on his son to get into an Ivy League much like himself. Having dreams of travelling the world instead, Greg had other wants. Nights were filled with arguments between the two until the alcohol eventually lead Charles to breaking point by grabbing a flower vase and smashing it to the ground before shouting at Greg to leave. Without another word, Greg left leaving a shocked and distressed Kate behind. Her father’s temper didn’t stop after that, and soon Kate learned to fear him whenever she saw him with a drink in his hand.
By now, Kate was becoming distant towards everyone around her. Having lost the only person she was close to, she needed to find someone to fill that void. Enter her former best friend Taylor. Having been good friends in the fifth grade, both Kate and Taylor became the popular inseparable best friends when they reached middle school. It was also in middle school that Kate became more of a girl with Taylor’s persistence, and both had grown to be bitches. In the eighth grade, Kate unwittingly opened up about her family problems to Taylor and despite promising to keep it secret, her supposedly best friend told the whole school. It caused a huge strain on Kate and Taylor’s friendship which ultimately lead to them breaking off and Kate becoming more bitter towards people.
A few months after the incident between her and her ex-best friend, Kate had been walking home when someone pulled her into the bushes. About to scream, she realised it was her older brother Greg. Relieved and glad to see him again, she came to the realisation that he wasn’t going to be staying for long. She was filled with questions and was curious as to where he’d been, but he simply shut her up and gave her her first professional camera, telling her to use her talents in photography. Kate found out that their grandmother helped Greg move to Iowa to live with relatives and both had found a place across the Atlantic Ocean for Kate to attend high school and escape the commotion that was their father.
Following Greg’s advice, Kate applied to Heathigton Academy with the support of her grandmother, Greg and Jen and was off with her bags packed once she graduated from middle school. Charles too, supported Kate but was unaware of her motivation to go in the first place. Once at Heathington, it was almost a culture shock, but a good shock at that. Kate felt more at home than back in Salem. Heathinton too, was better than any high school back at home, but the people she was less excited about. Sure, while she made a few friends, she also made a few enemies. Then enter blogging.
Being the latest craze before she left the USA, Kate decided to use blogging as a way to express her feelings and voice out her opinions. She eventually phased into bagging out people who bothered her, namely the Elites at Heathington. She then moved onto exclusively bagging out those whom she hated, and those that hated her in return. She felt that if she could make people feel bad, she wouldn’t be the only one hurting inside. Her first year at Heathington was hard, and she was still as vulnerable as she was when she first left. Her blogs and her attitude caused her to be dubbed a freak amongst the school body, but she didn’t care about what people thought of her. Year ten however somehow changed her as she became more used to Heathington and appreciated more time away from her family; this positive change in her life eventually lead to her becoming an Elite herself. Unfortunately for her, it was more of a nightmare than a dream.
She continued on studying photography up until she had graduated high-school. After, she moved back to the US but instead of taking plane the MA, she spontaneously hopped on the plane that was headed to Los Angeles. With nothing but pocket money and her expensive Leica camera, she interned at a photography gallery and was quick to gain connections in the photography world. She was finally given the perfect opportunity to intern at a famous photography studio a few months after, and while she enjoyed it, her boss recommended to try being in front of the camera. Modelling was the last thing on Kate's mind but her boss had brought a in modelling agent after seeing Kate's potential to be something more. Things eventually went from modelling to acting as Kate herself had been involved in school productions ( however as stage manager ), and thought she could expand her resume. She however didn't want to be caught up in the spotlights of Hollywood and instead decided that she was better off doing independent films.
