Natalie believes strongly in the rights of women all over the world. That means she hates the way men disrespectfully treat women so something as small as whistling on the street annoys the crap out her. She feels that women have the right to be respected by men and not throw themselves at said pigs for their pleasure, yes; she sees that strippers and sluts only contribute to the way men perceive women – as pleasure toys which of course is not true. But she isn’t one to go screaming down a street in protest holding signs and banners up, she takes a more borderline passive and assertive approach, only passionately discussing the issue if it’s brought up by anyone around her.

Since she was a girl, Natalie was never the one to stomp her foot on the ground and yell as she waited for any of her older siblings to finish in the bathroom. She will always politely stay in her seat on a bus or train and wait for everyone else to exit before getting off herself. Her patience can also be visible within the walls of college. Natalie never gets tired of explaining things to her classmates unless they’re being stupid. It takes a lot of effort to get her to ‘break’. But as for chauvinistic men and childish-acting jocks it doesn’t take a lot of effort at all.

Sometimes other women envy Natalie’s beauty, sophistication and brains. She’s quite knowledgeable particularly in the field of world history. Natalie loves to learn, often reading a wide array of books such as non-fiction history books to romantic fiction novels, especially modern-day novels such as The Notebook or Bridget Jones’s Diary. Her intelligence can also be the reason why she’s an expert in the art of wittiness. She’s quick to make up come-backs and loves to see the other person being ‘burned’ or ‘owned’. Currently her favorite saying comes from Harry Potter in which Luna Lovegood quotes, “Wit beyond measure is a man’s greatest treasure…” She has the quote’s page bookmarked. When bickering with men, her wit tends to lead into situations where she turns into a child and the angle turns into bantering until a third party comes in to mediate and calm her down. Who says she can’t be immature?

Considering that Natalie is a woman, it’s only normal for her to turn into a moody wreck once it’s her time of the month. Or if she’s having a bad day, it’s never too good to get on her bad side otherwise it’s a cold shoulder. Once she’s mad, she’ll turn into the Ice Queen - cold and heartless, her smooth icy death stares can almost kill (not really). She’s not the aggressive type but is equally evil. It’s best to avoid her reaching that level, but if you do, just avoid her at all costs until she’s right enough to accept your apology.

When she’s not being mediated herself, Natalie loves to listen to people’s problems and worries. She considers one’s feelings and will work around things to ensure that they’re being heard. She listens with her heart and not just her ears. Her friends around her know she will listen to them and even open up her own feelings in a positive light to reassure them. She’s had a few life experiences so she knows what one is feeling and has a skill of putting herself into other’s shoes.

Keeping fit is what’s always on top of Natalie’s daily list. Basically she’s a health food junkie and it all about keeping healthy and fit. You can always see her around at the park or beach running in the early hours of morning. It’s an organised schedule when it comes to exercise; thirty minutes a day at 5:30am during the weekdays. It’s no wonder why she looks so good. At lunch time, you can also see her eating a salad or something she considers healthy. However, she hates going to gyms and hates the thought of people slaving themselves over ‘fad diets’. One exception however is Chinese food which she often eats by herself at home or even at work if she’s too lazy to make something for that day.

You could call Natalie a geek -- she sure has a knack for technology and loves to carry around a few devices or two. It’s what keeps her organised and on track of time and life. No one really knows how she even got herself involved in the technology craze but she thinks its the best thing that's happened in this century. She certainly cannot live without her devices and constantly likes to upgrade to the newest models. Among her array of technologies, she has an iPone and a PDA just to name a few.

Born in the suburbs of Sydney, Australia, Natalie Rose Delaney is the second daughter and second youngest child of Brandon and Rose Delaney. Being childhood friends, it wasn’t until they were in University that Brandon and Rose realized their true feelings for each other and courted then married six months later. They managed to sustain a reasonable living as a couple until they both graduated and Brandon became an engineer while Rose took the path of medicine. It was then that their income grew and they were able to buy their first house in the exclusive harbor side suburb of Point Piper in Sydney. There, the couple was satisfied and happy that this was going to be the foundation for their future family.

1962 saw the birth of Natalie’s oldest sibling, and brother, Heath. He was the apple of their parent’s eyes and still is to this day. He was the family’s pride and treasure up until Natalie’s older sister Kathleen was born three years later. She was somewhat a loud baby, never liking any other human being to cuddle her besides their mother. Heath of course was jealous of her when they grew up despite still being the apple of their parent’s eye. He couldn’t stand her whining and constant attention seeking and was finally brought relief once Natalie came into the world in 1979. She proved to be a more reserved child and still is to this day. Following after, her little sister Charlotte was then born completing the Delaney family.

Growing up, Natalie and her siblings had a strong rivalry against each other. It was mostly Heath and Kathleen against each other and Natalie and Charlotte were forced to choose sides every time. Because of this, Natalie mostly liked to distance herself and talked more to the adults if she wasn’t around her friends. She was always a girly girl, causing her to become of favourable to Kathleen, but nonetheless, Heath wasn’t as competitive and loved Natalie either way.

Elementary and the first half of high school was a breeze until her father was transferred to a small town of Newport Beach in California all the way in the United States of America. Of course Mr. Delaney had to take his whole family with him and soon enough, they were packed and off to live in America away from their family and friends. Natalie hated her first few months of high school in a different country and found it very daunting. Heath had already graduated and stayed in Australia for University/college therefore it was the three daughters for themselves until Kathleen graduated a year later before Natalie and Charlotte were left on their own. But by then Nat had already made a handful of friends and was set to graduate, but to where?

Inspired by her grandmother, she was always the little actress. She was almost always the star in school productions during high school, so it wasn't hard to decide on what she wanted to do when it would eventually come to college. NIDA was in fact her second preference for college as Stanford was right in the US and the same college as her high school sweetheart. Senior year in high school was a time of self discovery for Natalie and also a time when she first fell in love with a fellow classmate. He was very good-looking, sweet, and everything Natalie dreamed her Mr. Right would be. Spending everyday together they became engaged after five months of courting. Natalie was soon living her childhood dream of having a fairy tale wedding up until the week of graduation when her soon-to-be husband proved to be not so Mr. Right as he was caught by her friends canoodling with a stripper at a party and very drunken, married her in a chapel. Someone forgot to tell him that he was already set to marry four weeks down the track.

So of course she broke their engagement off and she was left heartbroken and depressed. When Natalie graduated, she decided it was time to move back to her home country where she lived with her older brother and his wife while attending NIDA - the National Institute of Dramatic Art - Australia's most prestigious drama school. The girl placed dedication into her studies and graduated with more knowledge and was ready to enter the dramatic arts as a professional. Starting out small, she was casted in small television roles until television was changed to small movie roles in Australian film. At age 25, she made it big after being cast in the lead role for another Australian film and soon found herself back in the States being asked to do a role which ultimately made her a star.

Everything had turned out unexpected for Natalie, seeing as she only wanted to do what she loved doing - acting. Despite being the new meat for tabloids, she managed to keep her two feet on the ground thanks to the heavy support of her family and friends. That was, until her longtime boyfriend whom she had met while still studying at NIDA was shockingly killed in a car crash, leaving Natalie distraught and disorientated. It wasn't long until the press had accused Nat of starting drugs thanks to her red eyes and noticeable lack of effort in her work by directors. Then, everything became overwhelming and she had no option but to escape Hollywood and take a massive breath of fresh air. And where else did she go but to the one place she considered home - Australia. Now, after being away for almost a year, Natalie is back to the States ready to go back to work.
