A furious Blake Bailey signed off the chat room and slammed her laptop closed. All her worst nightmares were coming true. She trusted two people in her life with every aspect of her life, she told these two everything that was on her mind, and communicated through text messages through the day, whether taking pictures some crazy lady with a ridiculous hat, Cameron and Jack where there for her no matter what she went through, and that to her meant more than anything in the world.
Everything in her very comfortable existence was at risk at the moment. The reason? Jackson Patrick Bailey. there once was a girl by the name of Nina Clarke, the girl and Blake went far back to the beginning of her music career, even then, Blake was compared to the amazing super star, and when Blake had made it to the top of the pop culture, and was offered a major roll in an Oscar winning movie, it was all down hill from there. Blake was always pinned up against the star, and even though her career was beaming on its own, E would never allow Blake to stand on her own to feet without someone mentioning Nina Brooke Clarke.
It was true, Blake hated her, though she didn't know her personally, the idea behind the girl was enough to get her heated up even at the mentioning of the name. They were truly Rivals and the feeling was mutual. so it was no wonder that Blake blew up like a fire cracker at the thought of her cousin not only lying to hide the fact that he'd gone to Vegas with the enemy, but some how managed to get married to her as well. It was this alone that could hurt Blake so deeply.
With tears in her eyes, she crawled up into a little ball on her queen sized Sera mattress and weeped. It was like a friend double crossing her, knowing what would hurt her the most and stabbing into her heart and twisting, yanking it out and throwing some salt on the raw wound. She was done for. All the memories of all the time that Jack had been there for her swam inside her head, almost all of her memories for the last eight years involved Jack in some kind. And then it hit her, there was a common collective in the memory cycle, a face kept popping up, Cameron.
Cameron meant the world to her, he was there through thick and thin, and even when everyone had disowned her for dating Aiden, he was still there by her side, whether he disagreed with her decision or not, he still stuck in there with her and supported her and allowed her to make her own mistakes.
She pulled her self off the bed, her head the last thing to regain balance as she stood up and grabbed her car keys, not bothering to slip on shoes, she bolted out the door and hopped into her lifted black Chevy pickup, and she was headed toward Cameron's house with full intent, as she drove furiously, she concentrated on what she was going to do once she got there, she was going to stop the car, turn off the car, take the keys, run to his house, open the door, go to his room, then have the mental break down. It was simple right?
She passed cars, cut them off, the twenty minute drive became a ten minute one at best. And she did just as she had planned, and when she walked into Cameron's house her eyes were filled with tears, "Cameron," she whined, this was her defeat, and he was the only thing she had left.tagged cam aka shelbywords seven hundred something.. notes its shitty and rushed. but its the start we needed.
