/ i want to voice this out loud[/color][/font][/size]anessa was in class but couldn't concentrate at all. Not that it was a surprise. This was usal for her for the last few days... She felt like if she was in a black hole and couldn't come out of it...And the whole having to take a decision on if she was going to take a divorce or no, pushed her deeper into that hole... She had promised herself that she wouldn't allow him to do that to her again, and yet here she was on the verge of a breakdown having to decide on whether she was going to give it yet another try or push it all down the drain and try to rebuild her life alone... She often thought about her old life, before Alex... How careless she was, how different she was, and how many potentials and what a bright future she had in front of her. She was going to see her name in lights, she would be on an Ivy League College for Performing Arts, travel the world... But all that changed the minute he came along. She got pregnant, had to cut back from work and reject movie deals that would establish her as a household name, rejected Stanford and took a gap year to be a "stay at home mom" and she couldn't really go on vacations or travel because she couldn't live her daughter alone and she was too young to travel with her, so Vanessa didn't want to risk it... The thought of children and marriage never even crossed her mind until two years ago, she wasn't even planning on getting married and having kids until she was thirty! And here she was now... 19 years old, married and in the process of getting a divorce, with a 2 year old daughter and starting college a year later than she was supposed to!

That's why she would be perfected for a job in the entertainment industry or Public Relations. She has a lot of connections
- Headstrong - Stubborn Despite the politeness, Vanessa is one of the most headstrong and stubborn persons you will ever meet. She stays strong at her opinions and won't change her mind even if the world comes tumbling down (with really few exceptions over the years). She doesn't stop until she gets what or who she wants no matter what the consequences are, which puts her in trouble some times. And even if she gets proven wrong, she will still insist that her opinion was the correct one. It's something she really has to work on though since that's not too good. She knows that she has to start accepting some things

- Artistic Ever since she was little Vanessa got involved with the fine arts... Because of her mother she grew up in theaters, because of ballet performance her mother had and she grewed to love it... Adore it even... She started since a young agae with dance, continued with music with studies in classical piano and then drama lessons... She loves to sing and she loves her job relevant to the Performing Arts, since she loves being on stage
- Optimistic Vanessa is one of those people that prefer to see the bright side of life... She believes that if you think positive, then positive things will happen to you... She tries not to let pessimistic thoughts overtake her... She thinks that if she is positive and happy then she might pass it to others too, give some positive energy around her. Sure she gets down at times, it's only natural but she doesn't let it put her down for long
- Determined Her determination got Vanessa a lot of things during the years. She doesn't like giving up and no matter what she never stops until she achieve what she wants to achieve. Vanessa's parents met in France. Her father was sent there by his parents to study in order to take over the family business, before joining the marines corps, since he was coming from a wealthy and respectful American/Spanish family. One night, when he went to watch a ballet performance a young and beautiful ballerina caught his eye and he immediately fell in love with her. He went at the theater every night, waiting for her, just to see her, when he finally worked up the courage to go talk to her. The two of them somehow fell in love with each other and became inseparable.
Claire and Greg got engaged and she followed him back to USA, when he became a marine, leaving her family behind and her dreams of becoming a big star in the ballet world, because she got pregnant with their first child, Vanessa.The couple had to travel around a lot, because of Greg's job but after he quit the corp they settled back in L.A where Greg was from. Several years later, after they got married and Vanessa was born, her dad took over his father's company, with his wife at his side, always being there supporting him. The couple had their second child, Stella, three years after they got the company and while Vanessa was 5. Even if their parents wanted to have 3 children and tried repeatedly for it, they were left only with Vanessa and Tina
Being the firstborn daughter of her parents, Vanessa always got what she wanted, because her parents just loved, and still love, to spoil their "princess" as they called her when she was little. That's why she can be a bit stubborn sometimes. Growing up in a luxurious house at the Hollywood Hills, Vanessa can be considered a true Beverly Hills princess, even if she doesn't act like it some times.
Her mother adores her daughter, but even all this happiness couldn't fill the empty spot that her personal dreams and ambitions left when she abandoned them. Over the years she got depressed and that lead her to seek for love and approval in other men's arms, and not in her children's father. Of course her father was doing the same for years, usually sleeping with his secretaries. There was a rough period in their relationship when they almost got a divorce but after months of therapy and visits to a wedding consultant they managed to stay together and of course avoid the scandal their divorce would bring.
Claire often talked to her daughter about her wedding problems, and Natalya knew about several of her mother's "relationships", though she never said anything about it. Of course that was too many information for Vanessa to know, but she understood that Claire couldn't really trust anyone but her daughter. Natalya started spending less and less time at home after the crisis in her parents marriage

T[/color][/font][/size]here was a good thing that came out of Alex abandoning her though... During the period he was gone, she decided that he wasn't worth of leaving her dreams... She worked hard, harder than she ever did, with dance classes and rehearsals for hours every day, music practices, memorizing monologues all that to audition for one of the best Performing Arts Academies in the country... Every year over 10 000 people auditioned but only 200 made it... And she was one of them... She had gotten back something from her old spark and determination. After all this was a way for her to move in with her life and of course get away from this messed up situation she suddenly found herself in!
W[/color][/font][/size]hen her class was over, and the free hour before her next class started, she got up and headed to the girls locker rooms to change.One of the disadvantages of being at the specific school was that he was there so in case they divorced, they would have to see each other... And the fact that now that her mother was back, she was offered a job at the school as a dance instructor... She would have her own mother as a teacher... But Vanessa decided not to let anyone know that Claire Dupont was her mother... After all they had different last names and Vanessa didn't look like her mother, since she took from her father mostly.
V[/color][/font][/size]anessa changed into her leotard and tights, since her next class was Modern Ballet, and headed to one of the rehearsal rooms that happened to be empty, dance shoes in hand. She needed all the practice she could get after all! She pushed the double doors open and walked in. Vanessa looked around her, before she put her dance shoes on, the soft ones, and headed to the stereo turning the music on. She got in the middle of the room in front of the mirror and took a starting position. She listened to the music for a while, feeling the beat, before she started an improvisation. She wanted to improvise for a while before she started practicing some of the routines she was taught. She started dancing not caring about her surroundings, drifting into her own little world, not noticing the person that silently walked in to the room and was looking at her[/blockquote][/blockquote]
