diem roxanna cabral here is my rebel child. the daughter of a now retired air force sergeant has lived in south carolina for her entire life now-a-days the twenty-two year old has left the state to reside in her new york loft in her downtime and her los angeles home during work time. growing up in avocan, diem was highly influenced by her older brother declan and was a tomboy very early on until her mother stepped in and got her involved with some more lady-like things. enrolling her as a debutant, and also enrolling her in dance classes, an art that her mother fell in love with when she was younger as well. during her first ballet class, diem fell in love with the art and moved on to other forms such as contemporary, tap, hip hot, etc. after seeing how well her daughter responded to these activities, diem decided with the help of her mother to try acting but her heart was always with dance despite her mother's belief that acting was her strong suit. when her mother passed in her junior year, diem decided to audition for the hell of it for a movie to make her mother proud. this was the movie that changed diem's entire life, but also the movie that added to title 'academy award nominee' to her name. for anyone not close to her, careless or carefree would be a good word to describe diem cabral. she perceives herself as not having much worries in life because diem isn't fond of negative attention, or too much attention in general. she's seen out constantly because being the only one in her family in la, diem doesn't like being alone and being stuck in her house is a constant reminder of this. though she's an actress, dance has always been diem's first love, and she can often be found coming from dance studios or out at dance shows. besides that she's always spotted out with friends or at parties or events. she's a very personable girl, but her humor has more of a sarcastic, dry, or crude edge to it. she spits out sarcasm as if it's her first language which unless you can pick up on her jokes, can often leave people confused or sometimes deeming her as a bitch. diem's fun to be around because of her demeanor, she's constantly joking, and keeps the mood light. she surrounds herself with people just like her because she can't deal with drama, and all its unnecessary accessories. but don't get her wrong, diem is a sweetheart most of the time but she's also blunt and will 100% of the time tell you exactly what's on her mind, and if you've got a problem with her she's got no qualms about pretending you don't exist. she's got no patience for any sort of problems in her life caused by others. but diem's whole 'life's a breeze' attitude is also sometimes her downfall as sometimes people believe she's too easy going and that she doesn't have any real worries in life. that is very far from the case though. diem's not one to show her true feelings on her sleeve and hates being vulnerable which doesn't allow most people to get as close to her as she wishes some would be. diem isn't very open when it comes to her love life. she's not fond of relationships because she doesn't like feeling vulnerable, and doesn't like someone knowing so much about her because she feels that they'd have more control over her than she has over herself which can only lead to her getting hurt. she views falling in love as masochistic and a waste of time for someone her age. so instead, she sticks to hook ups, and flirting with people. she's coquette, and enjoys toying with people and their heads because she can.

dane kingston archibald is my veteran bad boy, and all time favorite character. a television actor dane currently splits his time between los angeles from where he originally hails; the lower east side of manhattan, new york. at twenty-two, dane's been perceiving himself as a grown man after having to practically raise himself. samantha and christian archibald, his global archaeologist parents has been traveling to different sites around the world since they began straight out of college at vassar, and have been traveling without dane since he was old enough to enter grade school which was the time that sam and christian had trusted a string of nannies, and house servants to take care of dane while he grew. in the past eight years he's only seen them for a grand total of five weeks, two days, and eleven hours. but he's not bitter at all....right. being so headstrong though, dane would probably rather eat barbed wire than let anyone know how much of a toll not having his parents in his life has taken on him. birthdays, holidays, and even his graduations were attended not by his parents but rather the housing staff that help take care of the apartment and have become mothers and the chef, barry who's become practically like a dad to him instead. but rather than wallowing in his parental negligence, dane immerses himself in his acting career, his love for basketball and the various games he can play with people's heads. dane is currently in between television shows from where he got his start on a teen high school comedy show, and keeping his head up for interesting tv show parts and also trying to audition for films. like most of my other characters, he's selfish, deviant, and doesn't really have any regard for anyone else's concerns. ever. impatient, inconsiderate, slick, and self complacent dane archibald still manages to have friends here and there that fall within the ranks of the world's other assholes, but of course he considers himself the king of all of them. enemies, bitches, and hoes galore, everyday is carnival for dane archibald.
