this is a rather very fitting word for rahne munroe. she's a bit of a wild card; she doesn't plan hardly anything out and she never even knows what she's doing. but she likes it that way. life just seems way more exciting if no one knows just what's going to happen next. she likes to do the thing that no one thinks that she's going to do, just to push their buttons and see their reactions. it intruiges her, to be honest. she knows she is odd; but she would prefer to be known as insane than boring any old day. she comes across as pretty intense when you first meet her, but when you get to know her she's actually really pretty hilarious. she knows how to laugh at herself, she has a brilliant sense of humor, but just as long as you stay on her good side, she'll probably be okay with you. and trust me, you'll know if she likes you or not. she will make it very clear.

rahne likes to fight authority. it's sort of a well known fact. she doesn't like being told what to do. she likes doing things when she wants to and how she wants to. she is far from a spoiled brat, she just knows what she wants and wants it, and will fight for it without a second thought. she is totally stubborn, she never gives up unless it is her idea. a lot of people dislike her for this, but she doesn't really care, she likes to argue, and she likes to fight. she gets into a lot of trouble - especially with her parents - but she has strong beliefs and she believes that they should be at least considered before everyone else gets their way and she gets pushed to the side- again.

rahne usually comes across as a little rude, and coarse, with no manners and rather unforgiving, but truly, rahne is a really nice person deep down. she is an amazing friend, she is loyal, and she would truly and willingly give her life up for any of her friends- though she would not neccessarily get up and get them a popsicle if they asked or anything. she may fight with her friends a lot - she's a rather abrasive person, but if you're willing to forgive her for that or whatever she did, she's most likely, eighty percent, always going to be there. and if you can handle her and her interesting little habits and quirks, she is truly a soft person. deep down. really deep down.

• was born on october thirty first, halloween night, to arielle and george munroe, two a-listers, and an older sister, leila, who they quite obviously preffered her entire life.
  
  
• when she was young, rahne struggled to make her parents pay attention to her, but then she began acting out and they automatically began giving it to her, though it was all rather considered bad attention, rahne never really cared; as long as they paid any sort of attention, because quite honestly, she was tired of being ignored twenty four/seven.
  
  
• was sort of shoved out into the acting world by her parents, and she just went along with it because she thought maybe if she became famous enough, they would finally decide that they were proud of her or something.
  
  
• when she was sixteen, she found her sister, her perfect sister, making herself throw up. and she had no idea how she was supposed to respond, so instead of telling their parents (half because she didn't want to and half because leila made her pinky swear), she talked it out with her, followed her around everywhere, and made sure that she wasn't going to do it again. but regardless of how annoying that she was when this happened, she and leila managed to remain best friends.
  
  
• played football in high school- not because she liked it particularly well or anything, but because she liked to slam into people and not get into any trouble because of it. she broke three ribs and her collarbone doing this, but it was definitely worth it in her opinion.
  
  
• landed her first "big" acting job when she was eighteen; it wasn't a major role or anything, but it made her parents acknowledge that she had at least a little talent in her, though she had been on various shows since she was a little girl, even though they implied it was mostly it was because of them; george and arielle munroe, big names in the tv business.
  
  
• was almost in a "serious relationship" when she was nineteen, but she got scared and ended it before he said he loved her or anything, because she knew she wouldn't be able to handle that at all. she is actually still a virgin, and she isn't ashamed of it all, she doesn't see any problem with being a virgin.
  
  
• came out with an album last year, which turned out being a bit of a rub in the face for her mother who tried to sing at one point in her career but it was a big flop, and rahne's album was very well recieved. rahne still hasn't decided if it was a good thing or not that her mother was actually jealous of her, for a change.
  
  
• has never actually had a main role in a television series or movie but is still trying her hardest to get noticed in the acting world. though originally, she was thrust into the acting world because her parents would have been even further ashamed of her if she wasn't, but by now, she just really truly loves to act, much to her own disbelief.

for once, jane was glad that she wasn't a princess. she wouldn't have liked to be stuck in an arranged marriage like missy. in fact, she probably would have either killed herself or run away if she didn't end up liking the guy. being a lady in waiting seemed so much easier, there was much less likely a chance of ever getting stuck in a relationship with someone she didn't even know. but, still, didn't everyone secretly want to be a princess anyway? except maybe missy, at this moment, who looked like she was going to make a break for it. jane wouldn't have had a problem letting her run, but the king had actually taken her aside and made her promise that she wouldn't let her out of this, and obviously, jane could not refuse the king, nor could she go back on her word. so she trailed along behind princess missy, keeping her eye on her at all times to make sure she didn't turn around and run, though she was pretty sure that she couldn't run in heels or a dress, seeing as she could barely walk in either of them as it were.

jane and the princess were best friends. not a lot of people got to say that, and jane was proud to admit it. but there were more people who got to say that than people who got to say that they felt really bad for the poor girl. everyone always seemed to think that being a princess was a breeze. they obviously had not been through an arranged marriage, they didn't absolutely have to wear dresses and heels in public when they really, truly, hated them, they didn't have to sit through hours and hours and hours of torture otherwise known as "princess lessons", as jane and missy called them, that jane actually sat through with missy just so she didn't have to go it alone. missy was naturally a rebellious young woman, and jane was that best friend/lady in waiting that always had to straighten her out and make sure she was presentable. it was actually a really tough job, but jane wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

reaching the castle was the easy part. throwing missy out of the car was the hard part. making sure that she actually went inside the castle was also pretty hard itself, as well. but somehow or other, she and missy's bodyguard managed to do it. if you asked jane, the castle so far really was pretty impressive. but then again, she'd only known one castle her whole life, she wasn't an expert or anything. missy seemed a little impressed herself, though, so, jane didn't worry about it.

as it was time to meet the prince, jane was slightly caught off guard. this was who missy was so terrified of meeting? he looked just as terrified as she was, plus he was pretty attractive, more attractive than both missy and jane's mental images of what he might look like put togehter. and then he introduced his sister, who was also gorgeous, but looked like she was distracted even though she was impossibly friendly and happy looking, and jane decided right off the bat that she liked her, and then he introduced his best friend, will dale. now that was what jane called hot. he was tall, he had dark hair, and huge brown eyes that made him slightly resemble a puppy dog, but something about him informed her that he had no puppy dog innocence whatsoever.
