BIOGRAPHY born on april 7th, 1978 in palmer, texas, where she spent a majority of her childhood. growing up she didn't really care to much for acting unlike her mother, fellow actress francesca riley. when she was 7 her father and younger sister died in a house fire. her mother then went off to follow her own career, leaving her children to be looked after by her sister in tyler, texas. in the year 2000, she landed the role of penny lane in the hit movie almost famous, which jump started her career. since then she's landed a few supporting and leading roles in the film industry. she is currently living with fiance and fellow actor mitchell haines in los angeles.
