FOR SEPTEMBER (SITE TIME)

Alright, so basically the site's been in a bit of a lull considering school's starting up again and everyone's getting adjusted with school. I thought it'd be good to have things for our characters to do considering we've been slow in releasing new movies and TV shows so hardly anyone is working right now. Now, since September is a pretty big month in terms of huge events why not let our characters celebrate them here! So here they are! (Just remember that the site is one month behind of real time. So next month will be September, even though real life says October).

FASHION'S NIGHT OUT?!

One of the biggest events in fashion, Fashion's Night Out is returning once again with block parties, cool clothes and celebrity appearances. Many of the evening's events will benefit a charitable cause in some form or fashion. FNO was initially created in 2009 by Vogue's Anna Wintour and designer Diane Von Furstenberg as a fun way to draw customers (and their wallets) out to stores in the deep part of the Recession. This year, FNO kicks off the start of the world-famous New York Fashion Week. A public event, high-fashion stores all around New York City are open for everyone, where celebrities and fashionistas participate to put on fabulous in store events and promotions.

NEW YORK FASHION WEEK?!

The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2011 is one of the four major fashion weeks in the world (other three being Paris, Milan and London). Held in the Lincoln Center in New York City, MBFW11 showcases the Spring collection of every hot designer around the world for the fashion industry, press and selected guests to preview. Saying that, this is strictly invitation only to celebrities, fashion designers, press and other fashion industry persons (don't worry, everyone's invited here!). Not only will you be attending runway shows, but also attending exclusive parties, wine mixers and the like every night over the next week. Who knows, you might even find your next awards outfit here!

WHEN • Thursday, 8th September to Thursday, 15th September.
