She'd have been the kid acting like an idiot to make her friends laugh, the girl who had no problem going up to strangers and turning them into friends. And as a girl described as "one of the guys" she isn't shy around men. Reese is a confident and sociable person, she's easygoing and has no problem talking to others and making friends. She is self-assured and doesn't let much hold her back. She is very comfortable in herself. INDEPENDENT - While it can be a bit of a flaw at times, it's definitely a strength. Reese could quite easily quit work and live off of the money her parents handed to her. But she doesn't, she used it responsibility to put herself through the appropriate schooling to get to where she is now. She isn't someone who will rely on others, she is totally self-sufficient (sometimes stubbornly so) and takes pride in the fact that she takes care of herself. To be dependant on someone else would make her feel weak, and when it comes to relationships she needs her independence otherwise she starts to feel suffocated. REALIABLE - I know she doesn't seem the type but Reese actually is very professional. She's someone who knows when to tone down or turn off the inappropriate traits of her personality. She is someone you can count on, to be on time and do the job to the best of her ability. And as a friend she's just as loyal. Anytime you need her and she can respond, she's at your side. She is someone you know will have your back or be there to listen to your rants and then make you feel better. TOUGH - Being the sort of person she is, it's vital that Reese is a thick-skinned person. She doesn't often let people's negative comments get to her, nor does she adhere to what society tells her is how she should be. And just as she is mentally strong, she is physically capable too. But this isn't something she particularly likes about herself, Reese doesn't mind that she can stand up for herself but the problem is she doesn't back down often, and it's too easy for her to get aggressive. DETERMINED - She's got plans and she's gonna see them through. Reese doesn't want to work in the entertainment industry forever but it's a helpful stepping stone and learning experience for the future. What she really wants to do is open up her own salon but she feels that becoming acquainted with this industry would be useful. It's good for networking, and also for picking up tricks and tips. She doesn't let much hold her back from doing what she wants and never has done. When she's got an ambition or a goal, she tries with ever fibre of her being to make it happen. But it's not big deal if it doesn't. It will be a big deal if she never opens up her salon though. WEAKNESSES HOTHEADED - Reese is easy to piss off. The more she is pushed and provoked, the bigger the explosion is going to be. Being aggressive is not something she is proud of, she loses her temper quickly and finds it much easier to settle things with her fists than with her words or deep breaths. She's trying hard to have self-control but some people just don't know when to back the fuck off and leave her alone. She can get very irritable, but if she's snappy with you it's only because she wants you to leave her alone for a little bit so she doesn't want to blow her fuse at you, when you don't deserve it. STUBBORN - In all honesty, Reese is stubborn as fuck. She is fiercely independent and hates to be thought of as helpless. She enjoys chivalry, but she doesn't need to be taken care of. It's pride, she doesn't want to come across as weak and vulnerable. She's proud of the fact that she can look after herself, that she isn't dependant on anybody and while she has a large bank account, she still earns her own money and is self-sufficient. She can be incredibly strong-willed and headstrong and it's just something you people have to put up with! SELF-DEPRECATING - She finds it pretty easy to tear into herself, though it is often done in a humorous manner. While Reese is confident, she'll be the first to list her flaws and she doesn't see it as a bad thing but others can do. Most people want to hide their flaws or paint over them but Reese is well aware. She's got a lot of flaws but she's still happy in herself. When people ever try and rip into her, she'll not break easy but she'll be self-critical and let it annoy her. And she can be quite a pessimist but encourages others to think positive. UNCENSORED - Something else she's not proud of but is not in a rush to change about herself is how inappropriate she can be. She's grown as being one of the guys and having been raised in a biker environment, she's picked up a bit of an attitude. She says what's on her mind even if it's vulgar; she's got a foul mouth and will only keep herself in check when she's at work, around children or her maternal grandmother. Reese is cheeky, playful and dirty-minded. She doesn't give much of a fuck what people think about her. SKILLS She makes people look pretty? EXPERIENCE Reese was born in Stockton to Sophie and Harrison Munro. Harrison came from Scotland to live in California, having joined his motorcycle club's mother charter of which Sophie's father was the president. Her parents went on a holiday together to celebrate their wedding anniversary when Reese was seven years old, they went to Las Vegas and came back $9.6 million dollars richer having got lucky on a casino slot machine. Over the next two years, the Munro family developed a series of biker-friendly businesses; a bar, a motel and in later years, a garage that is ran by club members. Although Reese was a tomboy growing, she was interested in fashion and beauty. If anything, it was the only girly thing about her. She liked to experiment, always trying out new looks and continuously developing her sense of style. On some days she'd feel a lot more feminine and want to look as such, while on others she would dress down in a casual, scruffy and generally "dudeish" manner. As she got older, she'd mix it up and find ways to incorporate both sides of herself into one look. Instead of going off to college, Reese went on to study at a top Los Angeles beauty school and was allowed to access the money her parents had given her a littler earlier (they had arranged for it to become available to each of the children at the age of twenty one) so that she could have her own apartment (which she still lives in) and pay for school. Thanks to the school's work placement and internship programme, she was able to start working as an assistant on-set of a television show and eventually ended up working on the show It's Daytime as a hair stylist and make-up artist. Her long-term goal is to open her own salon but right now she is gaining experience and building a network of contacts. She has no real interest in branching out and working on different projects. Working in the film and TV industry isn't what she wants to do for the rest of her life but it's a great opportunity and one she's thankful to have. She's met so many great people through her job and is now dating an actor, which feels incredibly surreal when she thinks about it like that but to be honest, he's not an actor to Reese. He's just an amazing guy and it almost feels too good to be true. It's nice to find somebody who will take her on, flaws and all. It makes her feel all warm and fuzzy inside. |
