He loves acting (duh. Or else he wouldn't be doing it) so he isn't afraid to put himself out there for a scene or for some sort of action shot. Sometimes he will even come early to set to speak with the director one on one about what he should be doing at this point in time during the scene and how he should be facing. He definitely gives it his all 24/7 and doesn't rest until he gets it done right. DRY HUMOR Being from England Elliot has a very typical dry sense of humor about things. He doesn't really hide behind long drawn out jokes. He mainly will tell it how it is but of course in a humorous way. He doesn't want to hurt feelings at all. He doesn't really get the American style of rather crude humor. He was brought up in a very modest family and isn't quite used to being so forward with such controversial topics like politics or sex. Sometimes he is taken aback at how easy going people are about things like that. COMPREHENDS PEOPLE Elliot has a knack for reading people very well. He can look at a person and almost see what their feeling and why they are feeling that way. He has empathy to say the least. He can put himself in anothers shoes and really understand where they are coming from. Because of this he doesn't really judge people that much. Unless of course you really irk him. Then that's a whole nother story. But truly Elliot can empathize with people quite easily. Not a whole lot of bad things have happened to him over his lifetime but he has seen enough and isn't too wrapped up in the glamorous life of a celeb to ignore it. He truly feels for people in a way most others don't. And he wants to help. DOWN TO EARTH Elliot is a very chill kind of guy. He doesn't hassle it at all. He doesn't really live to bask in the limelight. He's not in this business for the fame. He's in it to act and bring smiles or laughter or tears to peoples face when they watch his movies. So he is the rather strange celebrity. He doesn't mind giving autographs. He doesn't mind having a chat with fans. He doesnt mind people stopping him on the streets to take a picture. Its all part of the experience with him and he is just along for the ride in his opinion. He is not a diva. He is not a crabby person to work with. He doesn't complain about long days on set. He's just living his life to the fullest and having fun doing it and that's call he could ask for. NERDY oh boy is Elliot a nerd. God. If there was an award for most nerdiest actor he would win it hands down. He loves comics to death. He loves making references to star wars or star trek. He collects rare comic books and has a whole room in his house dedicated to them. He goes to all the conventions. He even dresses up sometimes. You name an obscure super hero he could probably tell you their life story. It's his hobby collecting comic books, something he got into when he was filming Harry Potter. He also collects Harry Potter items. It was a riot to him when he found out he had become a doll. He bought it of course. But Elliot is probably the biggest nerd you will ever did in the business. Ever. WEAKNESSES OBESSES When Elliot gets into something say a fad or some sort of hobby he obsesses over it. Like he will not stop researching it or collecting said items about it. It's all he tends to think about. Sometimes when he is acting a role it's like he has become that character. Since it is so easy for him to put himself in the place of someone else it's easy for him to become lost in a role. And of course after that role is over with or he's taking a break from it like he had done for Harry Potter it takes him a while to snap out of the role. He sometimes goes into a slight depression or a funk after ending a movie, preferring to be alone to center himself once again. But once he does that he is perfectly fine once again. PRIVATE Elliot is a very reserved person when it comes to his personal life. He is fine taking pictures with fans or signing autographs but he hates paparazzi that are taking his picture when he's on a date or going some place alone. He does not let people into his life easily. He has to really trust you before he spills the details on his life. Because of this very private manner it is rather hard for him to get really close to someone, especially with girls. He doesn't just date people on a whim. He also doesn't become close friends with people easily as well. It's hard for him to open up to someone because he keeps his private matters on lock down. CARES TOO MUCH If you are one of the few that elliot trusts enough to let into the inner circle of his life consider yourself lucky. Because it's very liable that you have made a friend for your entire life. Since it'd hard for Elliot to make really close friends whenever he does he protects them with all his might, almost a little too much. You're in a tight situation? Don't worry, tell Elliot and he will do everything in his power to help you. You need someone to cry on? Elliot is your man. Need someone to just listen to you vent? Yup, Elliot again. Elliot is super loyal to his friends and family and will do anything for him. And that's probably his biggest downfall if someone were to try and get money out of him. Kidnap a close friend and Elliot will give you anything. SPACEY Elliot tends to space out sometimes. When he's on set and he's been there a while and the director isn't speaking directly to him he will drum on something or he will just stare off into space. He has a rather show attention span but that's only when he knows that people are not talking to him. He can sometimes space out when he's out with friends or family. He doesn't really mean to it just happens. But fortunately it doesn't happen very often. If he is interested in something he will make a commitment to himself to stay focused and he will. But you have to make sure he is interested in what you want him to do first. Which most of the time he is. INEXPERIENCED WITH LOVE Its the truth. Elliot hasn't had much experience with girls. Like I mentioned before, it is somewhat of a challenge for Elliot to open up to people about his personal life. So this makes it difficult for him to meet a girl and ask he on a date. He does not to this on a whim. He has to get to know the girl first and know that she is not there because of his wallet size. Girls are really the only thing that makes Elliot nervous. I know. Who would think that a multimillionaire actor gets nervous? And over girls at the very least? Well Elliot does. SKILLS Psh. Can he act? The real question is can he STOP acting? Elliot has been acting since he was a little boy and that's all he's really ever known. He loves doing it and couldn't imagine doing anything else with his life. Besides acting on films though, he has come over from England to star on Broadway so he has had musical experience as well. Mainly just singing is all he can account for. He can pluck out a little song on the piano if you give him time though. Besides acting and singing on Broadway he is somewhat of a good dancer. He prefers the ballroom sort of dance to that hip hop crap that Americans have started. Most people don't know that about him though so it sometimes comes as a surprise that he is a dancer. They tend not to believe him. He also considers himself a nerd. He loves to read comics about old superheros and collects the rare ones. He goes to the Comic-Cons which always gets a big gathering when he shows up being rather well known across the globe. He signs autographs and usually does interviews. But it is always a joy for him to just wander around and meet new people that enjoy comics as much as he does. EXPERIENCE Elliot started out in the business from the ripe age of 11. His parents had put him in a couple of theater classes when he was around 9 after watching him do little shows for his stuffed animals and thought he might have a knack for acting. On a sudden whim they put him through auditions for a new movie called Harry Potter. No one expected it to be huge and his parents certaintly did not expect him to get the part. But get the party he did. He got the call and his life would be forever changed. From then on he would be thrust into the limelight at the ripe young age of his character Harry. He would continue to film the Harry Potter franchise making himself famous all over the world and also making himself very rich indeed. He didn't take advantage of the money though. The last film came out this July. Since wrapping up the franchise he has moved on to Broadway, starring in How to Succeed in Business Without Trying. Before he had done a stint on a London stage starring in Equus about a boy and his fetish with horses and caused quite a controversy with since he had to act out a nude scene. As of right now he does not have any new movies lined up yet but plans to get back into the swing of things after his Broadway role is finished. |
