secrets. his first time was interupted by his mom walking in on him, loves to read and sometimes write poems, he was once sent to a mental institution to get evaluated, is on certain medications to help with his disorder that sometimes causes his mood swings/depression.
personality evaltuated. jeremy is the guy that tries to be everyone’s friend without it coming off as him being a wannabe. he was always considered a goofy kid and was always quick with the punches. jay isn't one to get upset or angry easily, it usually takes a lot for him to snap. if that time comes then instead of yelling at people, he goes off on his own and does his own thing until he can calm down. when it comes to knowledge, jeremy has a lot to go around for everyone. he's too smart for his own good, and is the walking encyclopedia/internet for his friends. the boy has a personal love for quotes and poems...but the poem part is a secret. quotes on the other hand are something he says on a regular basis, whether it's a famous one or something he's come up with on his own. bob marley. hands down, his favorite person in the world because of what the man stood for. jeremy considers people like him, who believe that you can cure sadness, hate, or racism with music as well as other arts. most of his quotes come from bob's songs and jeremy is use to people telling him to shut up about it. jay could almost be considered a hippie because of the way he is as a person. he was never one to stick with just one genre of friends, he was friends with everyone in school. to him friends were friends that came in all forms, so whether you were a jock or a goth or emo, whatever…if you let him talk to you then you had a friend for life. fancy little fact is that his best friends..he met while he was high. jeremy wouldn’t consider himself conceited, he knew he was an attractive guy and took a personal interest in what he looked like. sure there were people out there who would disagree but there was nothing he could do about his looks, he had them and he embraced them. no point in sulking about it, live with what you got and be done with it. relationships…a tricky thing for him. he had his share of girlfriends but he was never faithful with any of them. he could honestly say that every one that ended was because he cheated on them and they either caught him or he ended it to be with the other girl…only to do the same thing to her. so relationships..are a no at this point. he's normally a happy-go-lucky guy, the only time he can get down is when his disorder comes up or if someone sees him have one of his episodes. he has a parasomnia disorder called night terrors which he says will be the death of him. it's a disorder where he'll sometimes wake up in panic, he's been told that he's moaned, cried, yelled in his sleep because he's trying to wake up. nobody but his family and his super close best friends know about this and he plans on keeping it that way.

history evaluated.

• jeremy was born on november 7th to john and bethany; two therapists who had already had four children before him. his sister lauren was born roughly two years after him and was the last child.
  
  
• at the age of two, started having trouble sleeping (waking up) and his parents didn't know why. he spent a lot of his time at night sleeping either with his parents or in his room with a baby monitor to let his parents know when they needed to go in and help him.
  
  
• it went on for a few years before his parents decided it was best for him to go get evaluated at a institution where he spent a little over a week before he was diagnosed with night terrors - which was common for kids around his age.
  
  
• being diagnosed with night terrors didn't really change anything for him - he still had a horrible time waking up and nap time at school took a turn for the worse when he had one of his episodes and freaked out so badly that as he tried to wake up he thrashed around so much that he broke his hand from when he slammed it against the legs of the desk.
  
  
• at the age of ten, he began getting into sports and joined the local baseball team. who knew he would later on take it really seriously and be great at it in high school.
  
  
• when he started going to school and when grades actually began to matter, to keep himself from having his disorder take hold of him - he studied. he would ask his teachers for extra work packets or anything for him to do to keep himself from falling asleep. of course if he knew what he knew now, he would've handled it differently.
  
  
• he saw the movie, rebel without a cause and he fell in love with acting ever since. if you asked him why did that particular movie make him want to begin acting - he wouldn't have an honest answer for you. he didn't know if it was because he thought james dean was cool or what but it was something.
  
  
• around the age of sixteen his night terrors began to get worse and it started to affect his mood. he began taking medications to help calm him, as well as antidepressant medications and anxiety medications. he jokes around with his family and close friends that he's a legal drug addict. just his way of making light of a serious situation.
  
  
• when he graduated high school, he began to take his acting seriously and got lucky enough to land a few roles in different indie films as well as tv shows.
  
  
• a show that got him well known was his role on the hit tv comedy series scrubs where he played an overly confident med intern. since then he has been seen in various comedy movies because it's in those movies where he can really show off his comic ability.
  
  
• jeremy lives in los angeles, pursuing his acting career whilst traveling back and forth when he can to go to nyu. he hopes to one day make it big and either retire or keep going to become a big time director.
