how to explain dimitri in a way that's simple as possible. dimitri is just your typical twenty one year old boy - only you've probably seen him in vogue magazines and on set of some of the biggest movies ever made. no he isn't an actor - he's just a cameraman and a part time model. but he doesn't let that get to his head, he doesn't take it for granted like so many other models out there. dj knows that he can have it taken away as quickly as it came and any jobs he gets he goes to without any fuss. growing up in bronx, new york - he has learned the value of a dollar and how to defend himself when the time comes. honestly he doesn't go out looking for fights they really do find him and he isn't the type of person to back down easily. since he was fourteen he has had trouble with the police, so much, that he can name every single officer that's on the force in the bronx district. the boy is very protective over the people he loves, so he may be stick thin but he has the heart and power of a guy two times his size. dimitri is a very goofy kid, he likes to joke around with his close friends about any and everything and whenever you need a good laugh - he is the person to call. well either him or roman, his best mate whom he is never seen without. this is the one person who can really control dimitri's actions when it comes to his anger issues. he doesn't have a disoder - far as he knows - just a problem with controlling his temper. it's why he gets into fights with people over the smallest things sometimes. he tries his best to keep his cool and he usually succeeds but there are times when he looses the battle and you will catch him in eight by ten cell for the rest of the night. just don't act stupid with him and everything will be good. when it comes to relationships he doesn't do them. he just refuses to deal with those sort of things until he feels he is ready to be committed fully to one person and one person only. now a days, he sleeps with girls and he honestly can't recall their names the next day. not that he sleeps around all the time, it's just when he does - that's usually how everything goes down. dimitri is prefectly capable of going a few weeks without sex, he won't turn into a raging monster if he doesn't have it. he loves his job, being a cameraman. he hopes to one day be a producer and produce the greatest films that people have ever seen. but one must start at the bottom before they make it to the top. if you want him to be your best friend...somewhat a bestfriend then buy him a box of KFC or POPEYE'S chicken wings and he will be your friend till the end. people find it funny that that's his favorite food - he jokes and says that this is what makes his black and not russian.

• born on december twenty third to a russian immigrant named nikolai and marianna, a new york native who aspired to be a actress.
  
  
• he was the first and only child to the couple, who soon split after he was born. he spent most of his childhood in his neighborhood located in the bronx, new york city.
  
  
• growing up he wasn't known for getting into serious trouble, sure he did minor troublesome things but they weren't anything too serious. he got into trouble during elementary for saying "inapropriate" things but it was the basic norm.
  
  
• when he got to middle school, it was then that he started really stirring up trouble. he started talking back and getting into physical fights with the other boys.
  
  
• one day, out of nowhere his father packed up and left - leaving marianna and dimitri by themselves. it hurt him dearly and it was then that he learned to never truly trust people with his emotions because they would just walk out and leave.
  
  
• also around that time he got a serious obsession with his video camera. he had it set in his mind that he wanted to be a director, ever since he saw the orginal "Dawn Of The Dead" , he turned to his mother and said "i'm gonna be a director one day"
  
  
• a few weeks after he turned fourteen, he started getting introuble with law. as well as getting his first and only tattoos. he always got picked on because he was tall and super skinny as well the only white person in his neighborhood. though it was nothing to him, he learned to deal with the hand life gave him.
  
  
• when he turned sixteen, he was walking down the street when a drunk woman came up to him pestering him about being a model. he thought she was joking at first and was about to tell her to fuck off but decided against it and gave her his number. he was surprised when he got the call the next day.
  
  
• a few weeks after that encounter, he was whisked off to paris where he did his first photoshoot as well as meet his best friend roman. he did various magazines from nylon to japanese vogue afterwards and still does today.
  
  
• he's back in the states now and has booked a few jobs here and there filming for certain movies, from jackass to underworld - you can catch him on the sets - goofing off with the actors that don't mind talking to him.
