BIOGRAPHY Frederick Collins, born Frederick Mark Collins was born in a middle-class section of Baltimore to unwed parents. His father and mother owned and worked a bar in the downtown section of Baltimore and died in a fire that overtook their bar. Frederick and his brother were then moved throughout foster homes. Throughout high school, Collins shined in his athletic performances, being a star player on his high school's basketball team. After a brief time working in restaurants throughout Baltimore as a waiter/busboy, he moved to Los Angeles where he began an acting career. He landed his first major role as Aiden Dennison in South of Nowhere, and has had only moderate success since.
