Nate is a very family orientated person and can be very protective over the people that he loves including his mother, sisters and any love interests. He is a very patient person but when he loses his patience he can usually end up breaking something though he would never, ever hurt a girl. Most of the time he's a pretty fun person to be with, he enjoys a good laugh and tries to look on the bright side of things. He is a great source for comfort and would happily be anyone's shoulder to cry on.

He is very kind and helpful but can be quite stubborn and likes to get what he wants though if you know how to push his buttons you can make him change his mind and give in. His tough side is hard to bring out of him since he doesn't really like arguments but if someone he loves gets hurt he can pick a fight quite easily. On the whole he is a pretty upbeat person with lots of time to spare. He can be very ambitious and once he has his mind set on something, he can get it. He is very affectionate and loves a good cuddle every now and then though he wouldn't admit it when trying to be all manly.

It was the 30th of October when Maria West gave birth to her first and only son, Nathaniel. Jonathan and Maria were overwhelmed with the newcomer and loved him with all of their hearts. Jonathan wasn't at home much though, he was off at work caring for his patients. His first sister was born when he was 2 years old. He began to feel very left out as his parent began to care for the new family member more than they cared for him. When he was 3 his next sister was born and he would just get ignored even more. By the time he was 7 his final sister was born and he was sick of being ignored. Young Nathaniel didn't understand why his father wasn't home or why he wasn't getting as much love as before so he would play up, breaking things and misbehaving at school to try and get some attention. His father would shout at him but Nathaniel didn't understand why he wasn't 'loved' by his father. His sisters were total daddy's girls and would get whatever they wanted. Even though they would always get him into trouble he always loved his sisters. He would always play with them and would always get involved with their games. It was only his father that he showed a great disliking to.

When he was about 15 he discovered parties. He was always one of the popular kids at school so always got invited to the reckless parties. He would get drunk and have sex even though he was underage. It was just another hope to get attention or to just drive his father over the edge. Jonathan didn't care about Nathaniel anymore though. Nate was only an embarrassment to his family and if Maria let him he would have probably kicked Nathaniel out. When Nathaniel turned 18 though he discovered a local theatre company which put on productions every year. He joined the theatre company and found something he was good at- acting. By acting he could be some one else. Someone that his father would appreciate and love. His father of coarse was not impressed with Nate's new hobby. Jonathan wanted his son to carry on in the medical profession like his mother and father had but Nate had his own ideas for the future. He wanted to be an actor. His mother was happy with his choice and would support him all the way. His father however was disappointed in his son and said if he chose to be an actor he would have nothing to do with him.

Nate had just about had enough with his father and wanted a fresh new start. At the age of 19 he decided to move to America, LA where he could pursue his dream of being an actor. Nathaniel has never spoken to his father since and hates him with a passion. His sister Evangeline moved with him, she had always been close to Nate and wanted to keep an eye on him. She is now happily married with a daughter who Nate loves a lot. Nathaniel is happy being an actor and has hopes in finding love and getting married too. He hasn't been too lucky though, most of the girlfriends he has had have cheated him or only been with him for the fame. He did fall in love with one girl though. He was totally head over heels in love with her. He believed she was 'the one'. He bought a ring and everything and was ready to pop the question but when he went to her house to see her he walked in to find her in bed with another man. Nate was so upset and he started to be very careful with who he gives his heart to. He managed to get an agent pretty easily and has been in a number of films and tv shows. He is very happy with what he has accomplished.

Everything was going his way and he couldn’t be happier. After a few days of misery he had finally won back Isobelle and he had arranged a date for them tonight. Sure, he kind of made up the date on the spot and he had to bribe a lot of people so it was possible but they sure did have a date and it was on. Nate had a romantic meal in mind in none other than Cecconi’s; the best Italian restaurant in London. It was indeed expensive and Nathaniel had to pay even more than usual because he had asked for a table in such short notice but it didn’t bother him. He had plenty of money to spare and spending it on Belle would surely show her he meant business this time round.

It was 6:00pm. An hour away from the time he told Isobelle to meet him. He had already had a shower and a shave. He wanted to look his best tonight. He looked good all the time if he did say so himself but he wanted to look extra gorgeous and extra sexy. He wore some of his best cologne but not too much since he didn’t want it to smell too strong. As for clothes he found one of his most expensive suits. It was black and felt soft and it fitted him well, bringing out his muscular frame. It was true that he looked completely irresistible tonight but he was for one girl only and he had to stop himself from messing it up. After a while of getting ready and making sure he hadn’t forgotten anything he was ready to leave. Before he left his house though he checked his pockets, making sure he had the gift. He wanted to make up for being such an ass so he managed to buy a little something from the jewellers. There was no denying that Nate was great at showing off his money.

It was around 6:50pm when he got to the restaurant. He thought it best to be there early so he could make sure everything was perfect. He parked his car in a free space outside and made his way to the restaurant. The cold air was bitter against his skin and he walked at a fast pace to the doors. He walked through them, being welcomed into the restaurant by a tanned guy with an Italian accent. Nate found it pretty pathetic that probably half the employees weren’t actually Italian but were made to fake an accent. All the same he liked the food and the atmosphere so the fake accents weren’t going to ruin the night even slightly. He told the waiter his last name which the table was reserved under and the guy was quick to take him to his table. The table was located in the place where he had asked for it to be- right by the window further away from the other tables than it usually was. He couldn’t have asked for it to be any better and he was more than happy with how it was all set out. Taking off his jacket he hung it at the back of his chair before taking a seat at the table for two.

Now he just had to wait. A waiter asked him if he wanted anything and Nate went for his usual option. “Can I have a bottle of your best red wine please?” he asked politely. Sooner than expected the waiter returned with a posh looking bottle. Nate would have tried it but he didn’t want to quite yet, he wanted to wait ‘til Isobelle got there. He took the bottle and placed it on the table. He sat and looked anxiously toward the door. He was worried that maybe she had forgotten or maybe even stood him up. But what why was he so worried? No one ever stood up Nate and this wasn’t going to be a first. He couldn’t wait to see her.
