honestly, benjy is a fun guy. he is easy to get along with in most situations. he enjoys partying and drinking and socialising and all that normal teenager stuff. he is just a normal teenager after all, but hes in la trying to break hollywood whilst he lives his normal teenage lifestyle. he loves being the centre of attention at parties or when he goes out - whats the point going out if youre not going to be noticed by anyone? thats his opinion anyway, he knows many would disagree. if someone does disagree with him on something then he would disregard their opinion. he doesnt back down from confrontation. he went to a private school, but didnt really fit in with the posh bastards who were supposed to be his classmates. he was used to arguing with them, and he actually enjoyed it. he normally won, especially when fists started to become involved. thats how he got the tough guy persona that he likes to stick with. he isnt afraid to argue his case, hell argue even harder if he is sure he is right. it often makes things difficult with girls too. he has been dumped in the past because a girl has said something about something or other and he has disagreed and made sure she knew it. it was a bad trait, one that had gotten him the name 'jerk' used against him a few times, especially since relocating to los angeles.

music is a huge part of benjys life. i know its cliche and everything, but he seriously doesnt know how he would function without house music with the banging tunes that he could fist pump along with all night. he is a small time dj, making some of his money by spinning discs at clubs across la. he isnt brilliant at it, but he does really enjoy it. it isnt just a hobby, especially when it brings other people happiness too. he loves having the headphones on and seeing other guys fistpumping and their girls grinding with them. he loves being on the floor just as much as on the decks, too. it makes him love life. he loves mtv, and any show thats on it. he would love to be the main character in his own reality tv show, like snooki or the situation in jersey shore. the attention, and money, they get would seriously make him a whole lot of happy. it would make his life, to be completely honest.

as a child, benjy was always quite rebellious. well, not rebellios but he was naughty. he enjoyed not doing what his mother asked of him. well, his mother rarely actually looked after him. she was a successful photographer who had shot celebrities, mainly british, for national magazines. his father was a lecturer in philosophy, but none of his philosophical thoughts went to benjy. he hated all that stuff. he was more interested in his mothers career. but anyway, growing up he didnt spend much time with his parents. they had money so employed a nanny to look after him and his older brother. if the nanny asked him to come to the table for dinner he would run away, just because he liked the chase. if she told him to come inside after playing in the garden he would, but he would make sure he ran through every puddle first just to messy the house when he came in. his mother disapproved of his behaviour, but she was too busy to look after a two year old. she did sometimes take him on jobs with her, but not for really well known celebs. mainly just singers who had just released their debut album and were trying to get as much press as they could. but benjy was naughty at his mothers work too. he wouldnt sit still. his parents figured he must have a behaviour disorder, but doctors repeatedly told them he didnt. he was just a naught boy!

his parents had the money to send him and his brother to private school, so they did. it was a coed private school, so at least they didnt deprive their sons of a normal-ish childhoos where they could mix with boys and girls. at the age of eight years old, benjy had had one of those childhood relationships with half of the girls in his year. nothing serious, of course, but all the girls wanted to call him their boyfriend. he liked the attention. it was more attention than he had gotten from his parents, so it was nice for him. he wasnt very clever, the teachers gave him extra help because of his lack of educational intelligence. but he didnt care. he knew as soon as he could leave the school he would. there was one subject he was good at though, drama. he was especially good at playing the villain. not that he was a bad person, he just fit that role better. his school did a production of alice in wonderland and he played the king of hearts, instead of the queen of hearts. just because he was the best to fit the role. he enjoyed acting so much, and his teachers could tell that also. they pushed him for acting classes outside of school time and for auditions that came up for small things, like television adverts and minor roles in soaps and things. he had found his passion, and as he grew up he realised he could make money from acting, and that the best place to break into the industry would be hollywood.

for his eighteenth birthday, his parents gave him £5000, just as they had done with his elder brother. benjy flew over to los angeles as soon as he could and found a small apartment. he went to acting classes there so he could get his name about and found a manager who found small roles for him, just to build up his experience. he had an amazing time the first few months of being in america and started making a bit of money too. he also started djing in some of the nightclubs, even though he was underage. he looked older though, and he was only djing and not drinking. but after he finished djing for the night he would slip off the dj booth and onto the dancefloor, where he would fist pump the night away and grind with the hot girls, and no doubt end up taking one back to his apartment. but one night when he did this the bouncers saw him, and threw him out. they didnt believe he was over 21, so barred him from the club. he was angry, of course, because it also meant he wouldnt get paid for that night. so he started kicking off, and ended up being arrested for being drunk and disorderly. he was fined, and sent home. but the fine took a large chunk from his money he had brought over with him, so he knew he seriously had to start looking for work. and so he tried to settle down and be sensible.
