seth has always been easygoing. he likes to just chill with his friends in his apartment, watching reality television and dvd boxsets. honestly, hes quite lazy and if he can get away without doing something then he will. when he really has his heart set on doing something, however, he does it. he really goes for it. he has a certain standard when doing things, like auditions, and will not stop until he reaches his targets. in that sense hes quite stubborn. but only in that sense is he stubborn. he likes to impress people and tries to make everyone happy, often to no avail. when people he loves are unhappy, he becomes unhappy also. on the other hand, if it is someone he doesnt care about then he couldnt care less whether or not they are happy. he has always been a go with the flow, type of guy, and he likes it best that way. at high school he did the homework of the subjects he would get a detention for if he didnt, so he always did his biology as his father was the biology teacher at his school. now, as an actor, he always learns his lines well in advance and recaps them before the audition or shoot. in films, well, he isnt hugely fond of the very big roles in films, or roles in very big films, so tends to stick to indie films or small roles in mainstream movies.

he is really friendly, and gets on with most people due to his easy going nature. if he cant get along with someone he sees it as their loss, and not his. he is a joker and makes fun of his best friends. but doesnt everyone? if he likes you he makes fun of you, but not nastily. just in a fun way. when i say likes, i mean more than likes. he gets very shy around people he likes, which is disappointing as he is a nice guy. hes just afraid of rejection. when around pretty girls he gets nervous and cracks his knuckles and bites his lips. almost as if he was about to head on into a fight. he isnt lucky with love. well, he has been. twice. both times ending in a bad way. the first time was when he first moved to new york to pursue his acting career. his girlfriend cheated on him with his best friend. he lost a friend and a love. the second. more recent, with his high school sweet heart. gwen pastino. they were so lovey-dovey, but seth went crazy with it. he finished filming camp knockout and just went awol. he hasnt seen gwen, or their friends, since. he lost his close, close friends and the love of his life. great, right?

he used to play sports at high school so has an athletic physique. people generally dont start fights with him, he wouldnt be able to fight if someone did. he never needed to fight in school, everyone would fight for him. he was the captain of the football team so was quite popular and respected. his team mates would bully the new members of the team, which he didnt agree with but let happen anyway. he thought this bullying was pointless - after all, if the coach said they were good enough to be on the team, then they were good enough in his eyes too! it was the same with girls though. if his team mates thought his flings werent pretty enough then they werent pretty enough. he actually doesnt like sluts and blonde babes, he likes talent and brains. because darling, he cant have a conversation with your boobs or botoxed cheeks.

the harper family moved to new jersey, from new york, just after seth was born. he doesnt know why they moved but guesses its because they wanted a bigger but cheaper house. and a big, busy city is, in his opinion, no place to raise a child. from a young age lauren harper took seth to local theatre productions, because she enjoyed them and didnt want to send seth to day care. he began to enjoy them too. his father didnt want to encourage him though. he wanted an all american son. he wanted him to play football and grow up to be a sportsman. and his mother would just go with the flow. although she didnt really want him to be a sportsman. so seth still enjoyed going to the theatre with his mother but he progressed through life as his father wanted him to. he was a little rascal when he was younger, always getting into trouble at home. he would bring stick insects home and keep them under his bed. until they escaped and his mum found them wandering around in his sock draw. but he gradually changed when high school hit.

he went to a local one. he joined the football team. he couldnt play basketball and saw soccer as a wimps sport. well, his dad did. and his dad was the biology teacher and assisstant coah for the football team. which seth thinks could make up part of the reason why he got on the team. he hated his first year on team. the older kids made his life hell. they would take his towel from the showers and throw water through his locker - just because he was a freshman and not seen to be as good at football, and therefore not worthy of a place. because of this he began to drift from his team mates and started going to the schools stage at lunches to sit and eat his lunch. thats where he met his best friend. she was an actress and she encouraged him to follow his love of theatre and he did. secretly. he auditioned for the first production and got a minor part. nothing more than he expcetd. but he loved it, and wanted to quit the team for the stage. but his father wouldnt let him. he became closer to his best friend and they decided they would go to prom together. but she left him and they couldnt. he missed her so, so much after that as he felt like his acting days were done. there was no need in him being at the theatre. and he couldnt stand another day on the team. as in junior year he became captain and he hated the stress of everyone looking up to him. he got a load of pills, hundreds, and took them to his room one night. ready to take them. but he couldnt. he just sat there and cried. and he threw the pills away so no one would ever know.

after high school he decided he didnt want to go to college. he just wanted to move away from his dad and find a place of his own. he didnt want to admit it, but he wanted to break into acting. so he moved to new york city and got a place with another guy who was new to the city. he got a girlfriend whom he loved but she cheated on him with his room mate. it cut him deep and he threw him out. he lives near broadway as he still enjoys theatre work and he often attends casting calls for the productions and auditions for tv shows. hes had a few minor tv roles and has been in the chorus of a few productions, because he loves to sing. hes not an amazing singer, but good enough to be on stage. and he can act good enough to be in front of the camera. his home.

seth got a role in camp knockout and loved it. he was in love with his role and in love with his high school sweet heart. but the whole love thing, he started going crazy with the happiness of it all. he was truly happy, and excited to see where things would be going. with gwen and his film. but just after filming had finished he cracked. he knew it wouldnt last. or at least he figured it couldnt last. he went home to new jersey to see his parents, tell them about what was going on. and he turned off his blackberry. he took some money out of his savings to go to europe and he stayed in london, just staying, doing nothing, regretting not going back to new york. knowing everything was changed forever. and for good.

now, hes back in new york after his break away and just wants things to return to normal. he knows if there is any chance at all he seriously needs to work at repairing the broken bonds. but he just stays in his apartment, expecting things to just fall back into place. they wont, and he needs to get over that. he is sorry, but doesnt know how to show that.

the more seth thought about it, the happier he was that gwen was becoming more and more famous. he now had a fsmous girlfriend. didnt everyone want a famous girlfriend? he had a hot famous girfriend more importantly. well, he didnt care much for hotness but it definitely did he that gwen was nowhere near ugly. it was her personality he had fallen for. now she was in a hit blockbuster fim though, gwen would get more attention. and he would be recognised as "gwen pastinos boyfriend", and he was happy with that. it was true, afterall. and he didnt mind taking a back seat whilst she got her name going. he had an audition lined up for a lead role in an independent film, but that wouldnt get his name out there as much as gwens. he didnt mind. he had his role as fraser too, opposite a few a listers. but being in the industry wasnt just about being as famous as you could be. he would like to be more known, but he loved what he did. he loved doing what he did around the people he had around him. gwen, for example. bandit had gone awol, and he was sad about that, but he didnt doubt that new friends were just around the corner. no matter how cheesy that sounds. friends were very important to seth, almost as important as gwen was to him in all honesty. friends and his alsation, brody. brody lived in new jersey still with his parents. he missed him, but life in new york was just too busy. he couldnt keep up with him, unfortunately, because he really did love that dog.

standing stage side was truly amazing yet seth wondered if the atmostphere would be different if he had been standing in front of the stage with the rest of the festival goers. he was surrounded by people his age who obviusly had parents who were way too rich for their own good. he dread to think how expensive vip tickets were. it was great that gwen had managed to get some, despite his initial... jealousy? seth had gotten over his jeaousy quickly when he realised he would only be meters away from gaga. and that the chance of meeting her was even higher. he smiled at gwen as she took out her camera. he started practicing a smile in case she was to take a photograph of the pair. or just him. he loved to take photographs, but he never remembered to take his camera anyway with him. he was useless like that. gwen was far more organized than he was. it was good there was one organized one and one unoganized, or not as organized, one in the couple. they balanced each other out well. gwen was better at a lot of things than seth. but seth was taller and stronger so he could protect her. he was a man, so he had that natural instict to defend his woman. not that he would ever call her his woman. it was disrespectful, and gwen was way more than a woman. she was a, uh, queen. no, too cliche. not a princess either, that was too seventh grade. she was his diva. that was the word. she was his talented little diva. he wouldnt have her any other way though in all honesty. she wouldnt be gwen, thats for sure. it turned out his preparation wasnt much needed however, as the camera never once was pointed at him. gwen wa probably saving all of the memory and battery for the woman they were both waiting for. lady gaga.

an innocent, yet knowing, smile crept onto seths face as he heard a somewhat disguised moan exit his girlfriends mouth. he 'mmed' in agreement, afraid that if he opened his mouth to agree a laugh or chuckle might escape. as the people around them started dancing to pokerface seth couldnt help himself dance either. he jumped up and down a few times before realising that gwen was too short to see anything. he frowned. he didnt like that she couldnt see, and she was the one who had gotten them these vip tickets. he patted her shoulder before muttering some words, "gwen, stay still as a stone," he smiled then placed his hands on her hips. he crouched down slightly and hitched her up and over his head. he held onto her knees protectively and looked up at her to make sure she was alright, "can you see now babe?" he didnt care that he couldnt dance. he could still see their guilty pleasure, and now he was happy that gwen could see her too. that was all that mattered. if they both werent having a good time, then it would mean that the festival had been a disappointment. seth wanted every thing they did together now something they would both enjoy. seth didnt want to make gwen endure things he liked that she didnt, and he sure as hell wouldnt really want to endure things he didnt like. luckily, though, they were both quite alike and had a lot of shared interests. they also had a lot of friends in common. it was good that they had so much they could do together. it stopped a lot of awkwardness between the two as the trust issues a lot of couples could experience, due to their other half going off doing other things, didnt happen in their relationship.

arms were flying everywhere, seths included, and his face was just smile after smile after smile. it didnt matter that his shoulder were going slightly numb, or that people kept hitting him in the back because they couldnt see for the beautiful youg girl on his shoulder. he didnt care. as long as he and gwen could see he didnt care about anything else. and as the last few beats of pokerface faded out and the first few of just dance faded in he knew he was in a perfect place. right now he didnt want to be anywhere else. he had been listening to the fame monster all the way here as gwen had brought the cds along with them, but he wasnt bored of lady gaga yet. and he couldnt wait for duffy at all. he was so excited to see the welsh lady. but he was singing along to just dance now. and he was excited for the rap part. he always felt so special when he learned the rap out of the middle of songs. especially when he could rap along at the same speed and rhythm. it made him feel gangster. and seth was the least gangster person you woul ever meet. except from when he was rapping. then he was almost as street as 50 cent... LOL JK, seth harper would never be street or from the hood. and he wasnt bothered. hed rather be where he was now, in new york, with gwen pastino. hed rather be in love.
