kate's awesomely awesome biography is hereeeee.
this is greg, kate's older brother. he and kate are extremely close and were basically inseparable as children. you're probably too lazy to read kate's history so i'll mention important stuff here. their father is a CEO to a mining company, and their mother was a socialite and his trophy wife. so they're pretty well off. they all come from salem in massachusetts and had three children, jennifer, who's 33 and of course greg and lastly kate. their mother suffered severe post-natal depression after having kate and with their dad's growing alcoholism, their mother ran away from their family and never came back. grandma then had to look after them afterwards and greg grew up without hardly knowing his mother while kate hardly knew her at all. that incident contributed to their dad becoming a full-time alcoholic, and as they grew up, dad and greg started fighting more, due to pressures of getting into an ivy league college and the fact that greg hated what their dad was turning into. he's supposed to have left home after one huge fight with his dad and being told to get out before starting high school which left kate broken and devastated. i said in kate's history that grandma helped him move to iowa to live with relatives and i'm guessing that's where he would have taken up ballet - something that's really important in making the character. sounds corny maybe, but he then took up hip hop. he came back to salem while kate was in middle school and going through problems herself and encouraged her to take up photography and enroll into an arts academy in england mostly to get her away from their abusive father. he didn't stay long and in fact went straight back to iowa. he then became a dance school teacher, teaching little children hip hop dance. then a few years later he and kate reconcile with their dad who recovered from his alcoholism. after that, that's all. it's really long, i'm sorry, but i'm not finished yet. XD
he's been mentioned heaps of times, and from what i can remember about what's been said, he's a douche, a goofball, knows how cute he is, and is a really really good dancer. as mentioned before, he's a hip hop teacher but i'm thinking he would've decided to become a choreographer for films or an actor or whatever you choose. just make dancing one big aspect of his life. aaaand, i think that's it!jay dean korbin

okay this is bridge's close friend and other half of the indie folk band vintage september ( based on zooey deschanel's real life band she & him ). he plays the guitar and sings in the duo which actually didn't start out as a duo. no. vintage september was actually a trio and called the pizza place. the third person was bridget's ex-husband and high school sweetheart jason who left the band at the beginning of their sophomore year at UCLA when he & bridget divorced which left him heartbroken. jay, jason and bridget all knew each other in high school where they formed the band and called it the pizza place as an homage to the show 'two guys, a girl and a pizza place'. however, they didn't get the a record label until they actually became a duo and when bridget started acting in their 20s despite playing gigs around los angeles since high school. he can be however you want. lemme just point out that they were the artsy kids at beverly hills high school who were cool in their own right. uh, please don't make him a jerk, or someone who's mean. otherwise he and bridget wouldn't have been friends in the first place. if you do want him to be a jerk, it should suit his 'artsyness'. idk. so yeah, they aren't going to be finals because they're too much like siblings but i just thought it'd be cool to have the other half of their band rping around. play by negotiable. personally, i LOVE the deschanel sisters so you can bet your ass that i'm looking for an emily deschanel! in bridget's history, she's called kelly, but i'm letting you decide the name (except for the surname of course). she's between the ages of twenty-seven and thirty or even older and an actress. they were born into a showbiz family with a dad who's an oscar-NOMINATED music composer, a mother who's an actress/director/producer, and a little sister at nineteen who's an actress. basically the three sisters were born to be actors, which all three ended up being, except for bridget who then became a music composer like their dad. she and bridget are really really really close, like emily & zooey are in real life, and are basically there for each other all the time. when bridget got married right after high school, she was able to tell her older sister first. although the family then found out, they still keep the fact that bridget was ever married a secret to this day. in my history it says, "Bridget herself was close to her siblings, particularly her older sister and were two of the same ( except she's more animated than Bridget ). Only two years apart in age, they were the type of sisters who held hands when walking down the road, often seen notoriously sharing and cracking jokes together, and even making fun of the other children in the park. They also never fought - and so they crazily loved each other and called each other their best friend." of course, they don't have to be two years apart in age. and yeah, that's it!
