personality evaluated. daniel waters isn't much of a talkative person. he grew up around parents who only talked when they had to. there was no interesting conversation, or fun moments in his house. everything was about business, questions, concerns. nothing ever nice, not a compliment, just a scolding. so daniel doesn't talk much, and he isn't one for rude people. he is disappointed quite often by the rude people in the world, because he had to live with them for the majority of his life. he's quite compassionate and has a lot of emotions. he can be silly at times and when he's nervous you can't get him to stop talking. he is the type of guy that would never talk about a person behind their back and stop the people from talking about others. he despises rumors, so he despises the media. they followed him for the longest time. it's a reason why he's sort of a loner and keeps quiet. he doesn't want his business out in the world, and if he doesn't have a huge social life, then his business can't be spread. although he'd love to find himself a decent girlfriend, that way maybe he wouldn't be so lonely.

daniel connects so much with the theater because it's real work. the actors are not in the lime light unless they appear in tv shows. they become a family on set, and if you work in the same location you see the same people over and over again it becomes a friendly environment. film acting consists of a bunch of arrogant assholes that have their noses up in the air. theater is less critical. actors and actresses on stage aren't pressured as much to look a certain way or be a certain size. it's more stable than the industry. theater has made him humble, and he will only ever give criticism if it is appreciated and asked for. he's incapable of being mean, and his anger turns into sadness.

history evaluated. barnaby daniel waters II was born an only child to two people who never intended on having a child. his parents were fairly successful, especially his father. they kept daniel simply because they knew it would be highly looked down upon to adopt out a child when they had all of the financial tools to raise a baby. they attempted to show him love in affection, but when he became a teenager they kind of stopped, and they treated him as if he was an adult, like he should move out. when daniel was young they milked having a child, a blank canvas to create any type of person the wanted. from the age of a toddler he was thrown into auditions and the cut throat world of the industry. actually it's quite amazing that even with all his parents put him through, he's still interested in any part of the entertainment industry. he acted with the help of his mother until the age of 15, when he seemed to drop off of the planet. at 15 he figured that he was big and mighty enough to stand up to his parents and take the reigns to controlling his life.

when he fell off the radar after 12 years it was weird for a lot of people. he'd acted in a few big movies that were popular all over the world and to see a child star fade was always odd. his little break wasn't a good one though. he fought with his parents constantly. they'd given him a life of success and fortune and they felt underappreciated by their son. he spent a lot of time away from home, and never knowing where to go, never having been to a real school or having had true friends, he searched for his place. he discovered it within theater. theater was his escape, and the venues were his homes and the cast of whatever show he was working on was his family. even though he disliked the entertainment business, he enjoyed theater. it made him a much more humble person, it improved his acting skills, and kept him working and away from home. when he was 18 he reappeared in a movie that relaunched his career. after that he went on to do major mainstage shows in england. at this time he also broke away from his parents and had full access to his bank account. after spending a couple of years in england, he moved to new york as he was offered to produce a play in new york. which he was able to, with his wealth, and he moved into a flat to be as much of a part of the show as possible.

now daniel has completely broke free from his parents. it frustrates him that he does have to give his parents credit for most of his successes, but after 15 he was on his own and he kept his career going. he even switched pathes within the same industry but became better at what he did and branched out a lot more. he still acts in movies but he has became a major producer for both film and theater in new york. he travels a lot back and forth from LA to NY. the rolls he takes currently are more minor and guest appearances. he's still very interested in stage acting and hopes to re-enter that world soon in new york. he has no intentions of speaking to his parents ever again.
