BIOGRAPHY Born to Antonino and Kallisto Romani in 1985, Demetrio grew up in the city of Rome, Italy. His parents divorced at only ten years old, and his mother moved to Greece. At age twelve he moved in with his mother, picked up a few instruments. He attended a school of arts for half of his high school career, before transferring to a private high school focusing more on academics than arts. He attended two years of college at Harvard, before dropping out his second semester of his junior year to follow his new found career in acting.

• On being from Italy "Of course that effects my acting. You can hear my accent, imagine being in charge of casting; I walk in, sexy face, amazing body, and then I speak. Then again, you just have to take what you're given, and be thankful to be you, because it could always be worse."
