Axel was born and raised in Houston, Texas in a single parent household with his mother who had him when she was sixteen. He never met his father and he actually hates the bastard, loathing the fact that he shares his last name. He didn't grow up in a wealthy family and his mother's job barely paid for their survival. Once she lost her job, she turned to drugs and alcohol to silence the increasing stress and it wasn't long after that Axel joined in on her habit, not knowing how else to bond with her.

By the time he was sixteen, he was working, going to school, taking care of their apartment and his mother, and doing quite heavy drugs. He still can't believe that he had the same job for two years and graduating... well... you can get anything when you know how to bribe people. After graduation though, Axel couldn't stand Houston anymore and decided that he needed to get the fuck out and pursue his dream of being an actor. However, his current job wasn't going to fund his getaway and so Axel started working the streets, selling his body for money while still working as a stock boy and donating sperm at the local sperm bank for a quick buck.

Axel continued life like that for about a year until he finally moved house, getting a small apartment in New York. Within a month he had a talent agent and was slated to be in his first independent film. Now with a roommate and a new best friend, Axel has been in a few movies and has had minor roles in a couple television shows. Although, the most recognizable thing about him is probably the bad publicity he gets in the media. While he may stay sober while he is on set, it's hard to ignore a poorly dressed and highly intoxicated actor when he randomly crashes highly publicized social events. Yea, Axel is kind of an "in-your-face" type of guy.

FRIENDS.
Axel's friends will more than likely be your shady characters who are rough around the edges and who know how to have a good time. He can't stand the rich with their holier than thou attitudes and he hates plastic bitches or anyone with a fake tan. And... he really makes his feelings about a person known. Axel isn't the type of guy to smile in your face and talk shit behind your back. No, he will talk shit to your face mostly to amuse himself at your reaction. I don't see him having many close friends because it is going to take a very headstrong person to deal with him and put up with his shit. However, if Axel calls you his friend you are blessed because that means a ride or die friend who will go through hell and back for you and gladly share a jail cell with you.

LOVERS.
Yes... the ever infamous lovers. There will be a shit load of these guys. Not only does he swing both ways but he is probably the least picky person when it comes to who he sleeps with. Being a prostitute, Axel views sex as simply a physical act that leads to pleasure. He doesn't view it as a moment to show the person how much you love them or any of that bullshit. As for relationships, well... Axel hasn't ever had a serious one and he isn't looking for one either. He enjoys being a free agent and don't ever expect him to take you out on a date or waste money on you. Nine times out of ten, it's not gonna happen. He's going to need some past and current flings/one night stands/friends with benefits. His final is already sorted out though.

ENEMIES.
He's an asshole. He fucks whoever. He's honest as hell and doesn't sugar coat anything. Basically, he is bound to have people that don't like him for that shit alone. But he shouldn't have any enemies gained while he is on set. Taking his career seriously, Axel doesn't walk in wasted or start any shit until he is off set. Acting is really important to him and he isn't willing to fuck up an opportunity that gets handed to him.

WOO FIRST POST. (: okay, i'm about to plot you up with annika, and if you wanna know more about her, her application is here.

so annika...is a bitch. she's a bitch, plain as day. she doesn't give a fuck what other people think, and she doesn't change for anyone. she's brutally honest to a fault and has a sarcastic attitude that could cut throats. this means that she and axel should be friends. neither one are willing to put up with anyone else's bullshit, they're both rough around the edges. see, annika was engaged to be married a few years back and was head over heels in love. after a while, her fiancee started to become unbearably controlling, and after some emotional abuse and trying to get annika to change her ways (and a nearly violent outburst from her fiancee), she broke it off and got a restraining order. annika simply will not put up with that shit. so i think they should be close friends, and maybe axel is the only other person besides her family that knows about what happened? she doesn't talk about it, ever so maybe it just goes unspoken. also her ex has been trying to contact her lately, because the restraining order either expired or he doesn't give a fuck so maybe she goes to axel and tries to relax and forget about it. idk. let me know what you think! :3

i actually really love this idea. after all, it isn't usual for him to have girls as friends that he doesn't sleep with. so, this is amazing. plus, they are so much alike that i don't think axel could ever think of her as anything but a friend, no matter how sexy she is. the only thing they are going to butt heads on is the whole animal thing. it's not that he doesn't like animals but he hates the people that shove animal rights down his throat. the only thing he cares about is the animal sliding down his throat lol. so he will make fun of her a bit for it. as for the whole fiancee bullshit, if he's friends with her he's going to end up being highly protective of her and if that means he has to go to jail for beating the bastard up he will. he can know her entire story and she can know all about him... he's honest about that type of shit.

YAY. this makes my heart happy. lol, i could just see annika being like "well, how would you feel if someone shot you, hung you up, took your skin and wore it as a coat? PRETTY FUCKING TERRIBLE I THINK." and they'd have petty arguments here and there, because she doesn't necessarily beat people over the head with her beliefs, but she's pretty strong willed, lol. and i love that he's protective of her, because annika's usually just like, "i can take care of myself, gtfo" but if she had someone like axel there, she'd probably feel a little less alone in the world. xD SO YES, I LOVE THEM ALREADY. would you wanna do an IM conversation with them, see where this goes?
