on the outside ricky hart looks like a pretty intimidating guy. with those big bulging muscles and generally large stature. he is meant to look intimidating because he is meant to be a bodyguard, and has been for the past several years. but the truth is that he could never hurt a fly, unless somebody deserved being beat. he is a protective kind of guy, and will do almost anything for his family. before having kids, he was a hard selfish man, who only cared about sex and women, but after meeting the love of his life he softened up quite a bit, and became a big teddy bear after the birth of his son. in general ricky is a nice guy, he'll carry on a conversation with anybody who is willing to talk with him, and he enjoys making memories. he can be the biggest goof ball when he wants to be and loves to entertain, especially his family. watching a big black guy dance around the living room, doing the moon walk and the worm, is just priceless.

despite his fun loving nature, he is also serious. he's guarded, with his walls up on all four sides if he is not comfortable or does not know a person well enough. it doesn't take much to break down these walls, but he isn't exactly all that trusting either. he's twenty-seven, and he has experienced heartbreak more times that he can count on both hands. disappointment and abandonment has always been a big part of his life, and all of those memories play back in his head almost every single day. his goal is to be a great father to his children, because for most of his life he didn't have a father, and he was raised by his mother, grandmother, and his aunt. he is pretty sensitive, but instead of showing his emotions when he's upset or sad, he just gets angry, punches his hand through a wall, and storms out.

but he's also an extreme romantic. he has already met the woman that he knows he wants to spend the rest of his life with. he is dedicated and committed to her, and wants her to be committed back. when he finds something he loves, he puts all of his energy into it and won't let it go. he is not a lazy person by any means. he took his education seriously and he takes his career seriously too. he strongly believes that people should not take life and opportunities for granted, and if they do they might as well be dead. he's worked around people and is a part of the business in hollywood, and has been for years, and he knows that if an opportunity arises, that you have to grab it immediately.

• ricky darwin hart was originally born in new orleans, louisiana to his mother. he never knew who his father was, and he never wants to meet him. he knows that he is more of a man now than his father ever was or will be.
  
• from a very young age ricky has been interested in sports, despite being raised by women
  
• at three years old ricky's mother gave birth to his younger brother leonardo, who's father also decided not to stay around and raise his son.
  
• in elementary school ricky was an aggressive child, a bully if you will. this transitioned into middle school and high school. he never just beat or harassed anybody if he didn't have a reason. even if his reason wasn't much, like they bumped into him, or gave him a dirty look.
  
• in eighth grade he learned how to coup with his anger when he began playing sports on a team. mainly he played football in the fall and basketball in the winter, and in the spring he conditioned for the next season.
  
• in high school he was much less aggressive, concerned with the ever changing sports season. but there were other things he became interested in, like girls. he loved the ladies, and he was quite the ladies man.
  
• after high school he went to the university of lousiana and played football for the college team. he received a scholarship, but the deal was that he had to maintain a 2.5 gpa to stay on the team and keep his scholarship. he planned on going on to play football professionally for the NFL after college.
  
• he was not picked for the draft and was forced to do something else. even with his degree, in liberal arts of all things, he had troubles finding a job. he was a bouncer for a while, he knew that his strength and intimidating looks would make his career.
  
• later he was hired as a bodyguard to the rich and famous - it took a lot of convincing actually.
  
• one of his first celebs actually ended up becoming the love of his life, and the mother of his two young children. he loves his children very much and they are a huge part of his life.
  
• since he ruined his bodyguard gig and he already had his foot in the door in hollywood, he had no problem getting hired on as event and set security. that's what he does now. that and trying to convince his girlfriend that they should get married.
