She has no problem in giving a few bucks to a homeless person or charity. That is what is so refreshing about Allie. Fame hasn't changed her as it has with some people. Money isn't important to her. WEAKNESSES unassertive - Allie really has trouble speaking her true thoughts. If she doesn't like something, she'll keep it to herself. She's kind of a pushover. You could probably convince her to do almost anything because she wants you to like her. sensitive - She can't take the truth about her own naturally human faults. If you upset her, she will probably not answer your calls for awhile. too hard on herself - one mistake and it's aaalll over! She beats herself up over one criticism. It's a part of her perfectionism. She feels she didn't do her best even if just one person doesn't like it. impulsive - Due to her excitable personality, she lives as a free spirit. She'll do anything at least once and has a tendency to be a party animal. She likes to relax and have a few drinks while dancing her ass off at a club. She sometimes does it too often though. Taking life too serious isn't something she plans on doing. shy - It doesn't happen often, only in certain situations. You know those times when you are with a group and you only know one person? Those times especially. SKILLS Humor is her strong suit. Her SNL skit was hilarious and she is goofily(her own made up word) funny off camera. If she has any spare time, she enjoys reading some romance novels and watching the Sweetest Thing, her favorite movie. She pays a visit to the animal shelter often. EXPERIENCE Charmed(2008 - present) - Piper Halliwell She earned her big break in 2008(22) when auditioning for Piper Halliwell in Charmed though she didn't know it yet. She was originally turned down for her look being "too young". They ended up calling her back in because no one else could portray Piper's expressive thoughts on screen like Allie could. Piper/Allie is a fan favorite now, especially in these type of cult tv shows with such worshipping fans. The show is wrapping its fifth season as the fourth comes to a close for television audiences. Cruel Intentions (2009) - Kathryn Merteuil She was interested in this role because it was unique and it added versatility to her resume. Her first big movie and a role she was acclaimed for pulling off as smoothly as she did. Tamara (2006) - Tamara At 20, it was one of her first acting gigs. She remembers hearing about it on the radio: "Auditions being held for the latest hit horror movie!" She had not really thought much of it. In fact, she thought it was bogus. She was within driving distance and decided to give it a shot. It was fun to film but didn't turn out to be a hit. People cried out orders from left and right. He calmly filled them and slid their glasses down the bar. At the same time though, he listened to his new friend. The door kept opening and closing, announcing new customers. It was the weekend. Most people were off and some college kids were even frequenting the bar tonight. It was a little bit of everyone crowded into the building. Everyone of different types, different stories. They were often drunk enough to spill every word to Harlan. He listened absently as a man to his right spoke of his recent divorce. Then he could hear laughter from one of the other tables and moaning from one more table. It seemed the college kids were having a little too much fun. It was a bar, not a brothel. When people went too far, he escorted them out. You could call it uncaring or whatever. Harlan didn’t care if they left driving drunk. It was their choice and he was not their designated driver. Heartless? Eh, maybe. A soft laugh left his lips at the detective’s reply, shaking a drink up. He liked this guy’s personality already. He had a nagging feeling that he was one of those guys that was accident prone or just a wimp. Either way, Harlan figured this guy got annoying easily. He shrugged it off. If he was going to learn anything, he’d have to get close to Harry. Due to his paranoia of being set up, he had to know if they had any lies relating to himself. He couldn’t help but be curious as to what his family was up to since they lost touch or he tried to lose touch with them. He was certain his father had eyes on him everywhere. The only thing he was interested in was his younger siblings. He didn’t want them going into that life either. They were better than that. ”Well, where ya headed? I might be able to help you out. I know this city like the back of my hand.” One thing the young bartender was happy about was that Harry didn’t drone on and on with complaints. Harlan grew tired of that quickly but he couldn’t exactly go off on the customers. Number one, it wouldn’t do any good and number two, if it got through to them, they’d lose one more fellow alcoholic. Harlan took a swig of a bottle of Heineken. He didn’t have a drinking problem but sipping water wasn’t the best thing to do in a bar. It bored people but it’s not like anyone was paying attention. A new song flipped on the jukebox as he rolled his eyes as a drunken patron began to laugh and swing her hips, thinking she was oh, so attractive. He couldn’t wait to go home. He normally wasn’t one to judge but some of these people were pathetic. They only came here to drag their sorrows in booze and have Harlan be their therapist for the night. He glanced at the clock, a small sigh leaving his lips. It was still a few hours before he got off. ”Look, I’ll serve you as many free drinks as you want if you keep me entertained for the remainder of the night. I don’t care what you do. A magic trick or tell me a story. You just seem more interesting than most here. The fact that you can still speak coherently is only a plus though if you’re like the other alcoholics, uhm, sorry, patrons here, I doubt it won’t last much longer.” | |
