FUNNY: marc is the kind of person that doesn't filter his thoughts. the things that he says can range from ridiculous to absolutely hilarious. besides, in this business, he had learned that humor was the best way to take just about anything that is thrown at him. so it woudln't be surprsing for him to say the most random thing and end up making your day. that's what marc does, and he likes to keep it that way. DEDICATED: acting is his passion. its something he's wanted to do since he could spell his own name. a big part of that is the fact that he's named after someone who should have a movie made about them. either way, he's always wanted to play marc antony and that keeps him going. even if he never gets to portray the man he's named after, this business is all he needs to keep him satisfied. TACTFUL: he's always been one to act based on a plan. every thing he's ever done has been planned out. well, not exactly planned out but its some sort of system that makes sense to him. even if things don't go the way that he wanted them to go in his head, at least he had some kind of plan to work with. makes his life a little less hectic in his eyes but, in reality, all it does is feed the chaos. TRUSTWORTHY: marc is all about trust. his parents enstilled being the kind of person that someone could confide in when he was young and he's tried to hold onto it his whole life. its rather hard to do so when in the spotlight, but that's why he keeps his family close. and he has people close to him that make him feel like he's a regular guy. and regular people won't make it through life if they can't be trusted. WEAKNESSES BLUNT: where there is sarcasm, there is always a sense of bluntness. marc can't help it, he doesn't really know how to soften the blow of things. if he wants something, he wants it and he'll tell you that he wants it. if you ask him a question, expect a hard and honest answer because he doesn't know what else to give. he expects the same in return which is why he doesn't see a problem with the fact that he is so blunt. STUBBORN: in the words of kanye west, you can't tell him nothing. its not so much that he thinks he knows everything, it is the fact that he knows what he wants and he knows how he wants to go about getting it. sure, he's not too stubborn when it comes to a medical diagnosis or ancient fossils. but don't argue with him, more often than not he will win by default. CREATIVE: he's too creative for his own good. being on the set of movies, he just wants to give his input. eventually, he'll work up the courage to try his own as a director or producer. but, until then, he'll take his chances making suggestions to those who run his movies. and, as he does, he hopes they don't become too offended. AMBITIOUS: marc is always working and always moving. he doesn't know how to slow down or how not to try to make it so that he can do as much as possible before he dies. that being said, he doesn't know how to chill out or just calm down. which is something he needs to learn so that he can keep making movies instead of burning himself out. CHAOTIC: he is not organized whatsoever. that's why he has a personal assistant that he pays a lot to take care of all that for him. he can't keep track of his call times, or his meetings. and those plans that me operates by don't help at all. the bright side? marc runs on chaos. without it, he wouldn't be on the track to being the star he wants to be. INFLEXIBLE: he's not good at changing his plans. this doesn't apply to filming, he'd change just about anything to film a movie. but he's not good at changing plans in her personal life. once its written down, its set in stone. he doesn't like to be cancelled on just as much as he hates to cancel. and he hates being late...even though he sucks at keeping track of time. Mommy’s going to dinner, cause you ate everything here.” Kaesyn said to the young boy with a giggle before tucking him into bed. She hated leaving him there at night, even if it was only for a couple of hours. Of course, she wasn’t leaving him alone. Her superhero of a babysitter was there for her. Of course, the babysitter had always been there for her especially through those hectic days in New York. Glancing at the clock in the hallway, she realized that she had to finish getting dressed so she could leave. The only trouble with that was: this was Kaesyn’s first day in almost two years. She knew they were going to dinner, but that was about all she knew. Well, that and the fact that she was going with Hayden. He hadn’t really told her where they were going and there was nothing worse than spending all day getting ready for a date just to be overdressed. Then again, it was around eight at night. She was sure that she could get away with wearing any dress with a nice fit, as long as it wasn’t a ball gown. Deciding on a dress, Kae made her way to the bathroom where she showered and started to work on her hair. As nerve-wracking as dates were, she was extremely excited. It had been a long time since Kae had genuinely wanted to get out and get to know a guy. And she wanted to make sure that everything tonight went well. Looking up in the mirror, she realized that she was more than likely running late. That was Kaesyn for you. She always went about getting ready enough time in advance but, somewhere along the way, she always managed to fall behind somewhere along the way. Putting the finishing touches on her hair, she walked into the bedroom and replaced her towel with one of her favorite dresses. It hugged her body just right, and it didn’t make it seem like she was trying too hard. Even as a mother, she could pull it off. That was a beautiful thing. Hearing a knock on her door, she moved quickly to get her heels on before the babysitter got to the door. Knowing that she wouldn’t, she did the next best thing and showed up behind it just as it was opening. ”I’m sorry,” she said, trying to hold back how frantic she was. She didn’t want him to see how nervous she was. ”When I’m not in manager mode, I’m terrible at managing time.” she said with a sincere smile, throwing up a wave in the babysitter’s direction and closing the door behind her and Hayden. Walking up to the restaurant, she thought to reach for his hand with her free one but instead watched him reach to feel the breeze. ”This night is spectacular.” she said quickly, admiring all the lights against the dark, blue sky. Although she couldn’t exactly see the stars, she could imagine just how pretty they would have blended into the lights. She sat down, flashing a gratuitous smile. She waited for him to sit down before looking around. He knew how to pick a place and make her more comfortable. Yes, she was still nervous. But she was definitely less nervous now that they had gotten there without her tripping over her heels and face-planting into the concrete. ”Awh, thank you. You’re such a gentleman. And you look great.” He looked a lot like a Clark Kent that had some kind of fundraiser to go to; and nothing was sexier than a dresser up Clark Kent. Well, nothing but a dressed up Hayden Scott. The waiter’s voice forced her to take her attention off Hayden and pull her out of her head. Opening her mouth slightly to speak, Hayden beat her to it. Usually she would have liked to order for herself, as a manager being in charge was her thing. But, she appreciated the fact that Hayden chose the wine as it had been exactly what she would have chosen. ”Would’ve chosen it myself.” she confirmed, answering his question. ”Oh, shit,” she heard Hayden say. That couldn’t have been the wrong response, unless she’d heart the question wrong. Then she noticed his face, one she knew all too well. If she had spotted Evan in this restaurant that same look would have been plastered on her face, ”What’s wrong?” Kaesyn whispered, hoping to regain his attention. | |
