personality evaluated.
Abby use to be super shy, that was at the end of high school. As she got into college as an artist she became more outgoing. She hated high school with a deep fiery passion and it tore her a part. She has little confidence. But when she finally decided to leave Tennessee she left it for LA to become an artist. Where else was she going to sell her paintings for thousands of dollars and get away with it? She met a few people and networked and got into the acting bisness. She hasn't found much confidence but she covers up her insecurities with comedy. She loves to make people laugh and she's found that comedy is the only way to be rude to a person and still be able to get away with it. When you're funny you don't have to show emotion. If you're cracking a joke it doesn't have to be sincere, but it can still get a point across without tearing another person down completely. Abigail is a sensative girl, but she would never dare cry in front of another human being. She shows off a tough exterior; a girl who seems to always be happy and laughing. But if you say something rude to her once, she'll never forget that one thing you said.
Religion isn't important to Abigail. In fact, she see's religion as an excuse to believe in something, so you'll never believe in nothing at all. Growing up in Knoxville her parents made her attend church every Sunday until she was sixteen, when she decided she wasn't going to go anymore. She has morals but she isn't totally against anything. She'll try everything once if it doesn't seem too horrible. She's smoked cigarettes, marijuana, hookah and a few other things. She's tried some different things sexually as well. She also likes to drink occassionally. She's a go to the bar, grab a beer and get drunk type of girl. She feels like doing these types of things is a good way to leave her former Christian lifestyle behind.
When it comes to love and relationships, Abigail isn't sure about any of it. She isn't against love, but she isn't sure if it's real. To her, love means sticking by a persons side and never making them do anything that they don't want to. She's seen so many people be destroyed by love, including her parents. She's not sure if she is ready to believe in it or try it with anybody. Nobody has ever given her that feeling where she absolutely needs to be with them. Her relationships have been breif and simple and worthless.

history evaluated.
Abigail is the first of two children. Her mother and father were married up until Abby was fifteen. The reasoning behind the divorce was that her mother and father couldn't get along, they had two very different outlooks on life. Jeremiah worked a corporate company for the longest time while Jane didn't work. They lived a nice lifestyle, in a nice country home on a big lot. Jane was old fashioned and believed that she didn't have to work a man would take care of her and that a girl should be a girl, and be delicate and ooze estrogen. She constantly pushed Abigail to do things she never wanted to, like ballet and cheer. At heart Abigail was a tomboy and everybody knew it. She liked funky things and cars and spending time with her dad going fishing on Saturday afternoons. In high school she was a major art geek. She loved painting and drawing and just creating artwork. In college she knew that she wanted to major in Studio Art, but her mother never approved. Her mother doubted that she could ever find a man to take care of her and that she needed to be practical. Her father believed in dreams, and he thought that his little girl should do that. In the midst of all of this her father decided his dream wasn't to climb the corporate ladder, but to own his own machine shop and work on cars for a living. So that's what he did.
It would be easy to say that Abigail felt like she caused her parents to get a divorce, but she's proud of her father for realizing his true calling in life. She lived with both parents until she started college, then she lived in the dorms. She absolutely despised high school. She started high school on the cheerleading squad, where she was a flyer, so she was destined to be popular. Cheerleading was brutal and it drained her both emotional and physical, between all the drama and the early morning work outs. It stressed her out and she hated it, and even against her mothers wishes she quit the middle of her sophomore year. From there it was all down hill. The cheerleaders looked down on her because she quit and couldn't handle with they were dishing out and was considered a big baby. Instead of cheer she was in jazz band and theater, and she loved it. New rumors flew around the school about her constantly. About how she was a slut and a drug addict. She might have had sex once or smoked something once, but they always caught wind of it. Her self-esteem was shot by the end of sophomore year. They spotted her flaws and even made up some, and they teased her about them.
College was an entire different atmosphere. She wasn't picked on and she wasn't harassed. Although she still had those memories haunting her. She began to watch her every move, she never did anything, never said a word, without thinking about it first. Her friends in the fine arts college helped loosen her up. She attended parties and other social gatherings no problem. At this point in time she became that outgoing comedic girl. She expressed to her father her need to get out of Tennesee, and that she wanted to move to Los Angeles and start a career. She dropped school and moved with her fathers full support. She attempted to sell her art and in the process found herself tangled into the entertainment industry. She showcased her art pieces at local galleries that many important people came to. She had funny conversations with them and they really liked her. One those people was an agent who was looking for a girl to be cast in the movie 'Superbad'. She met with him and he explained to her that she had the potential to become a respected actress in Hollywood. He told her about the roll and baddabing baddaboom. Stardom.
Okay so maybe not stardom, but a beginning roll. While working on the movie she realized that this was something she might be cut out for. She was an artistic person, creative, quick on her feet, she could do this for the rest of her life, or until she stopped getting rolls and be happy with it. Her art career wasn't going anywhere and this was a golden opportunity. Although she was shocked about how much people wanted to know about her life when she did interviews or people stopped her in the street. She never craved fame, she just wanted a career. She kept getting cast in rolls, a lot of them leads, and she doesn't plan to stop acting anytime soon. Unless she gets overwhelmed.
