masquerading as a man with a reason,
MY CHARADE IS THE EVENT OF THE SEASON
AND IF I CLAIM TO BE A WISEMAN, WELL, IT SURELY MEANS THAT I DON'T KNOW

Evan had to say the experience of doing his first film had been a joyful one. It wasn't an entirely new sensation since he had been modeling for years now but to portray a character convincingly in a motion picture, well, that was sort of an extension to his usual portfolio. But he had to stay real, the character of Gordon he was portraying wasn't as far off his usual demeanor as if Zac Efron was playing the Godfather. He was reckless, athletic and had a neck for pretty women all of which he shared with his alter ego. But unlike those people who critiqued on his performance by saying "no one ever praised Lassie for playing a dog so convincingly" the tall man liked to think that in regards of the movie and its promotion to popularity it surely came in handy that he was able to make himself relatable with the character in the movie. Even to the point where his off-screen chemistry to co-star Tabitha Morning seemed just as genuine and smoldering as it did in front of the camera. The two of them had been the highlight of the movie's promo tour and wherever they turned up flashlights and microphones were sent their way. It was a kind of attention he was used to albeit in much smaller dosages. Surely the limelight hadn't changed him and if someone called him a diva then - well - they didn't know he had always been one.
Smiling into the cameras from the red carpet, arm cooped casually around T's slender waist, the handsome blond narrowed his eyes with a mischievous smirk into the flashlights. People yelling his name for attention in a never ending order of the same scenario playing out in different locations around the world. Pictures , interviews, autographs and then sitting in a crowded theater next to local celebrities watching the movie for the millions time trying not to fall asleep. It was a tiring business at time but the salvation was only a few weeks away and as it looked right now that was going to remain the hunks only stint with Hollywood glamour - auditions weren't exactly piling up for the newcomer. It was then that Evan's lovely assistant came to direct the two of them forward towards the press for the interview section not entirely unexpectedly. He liked to think of Naomi as some sort of game-master who liked to push him around like an ace in a game of cards, always with a poker-face on. Of course she was doing her job well but the way she shoved him into all these annoying situations with such a sick satisfaction was a wee bit distressing. Taking a deep breath the man stretched his shoulders out, his hand idly resting on Tabitha's lower back pushing her a little bit closer to the vultures than him with an encouraging smile. ”Hey there …” and the show began.
How are you feeling today? Letting the pretty girl take the lead like a true gentleman Evan deliberately waited till the mic was directed his way as if to request confirmation on her statement. ”Couldn't be better in such good company.” he smiled handsomely, nodding sideways towards T. Awesome! I couldn't help but notice how fabulous you look. Who are you two wearing? once again he let his arm-candy go off on a bender with her guerilla advertisement for the designer in question. ”Just this little one here!” he said in a mock attempt to pick up Tabitha before dismissing the notion chuckling. ”Am obliged to say Dolce & Gabbana.” Ev then added looking towards Naomi as if to expect a thumbs up. Love. Everyone's got something that keeps them going, what or who is your inspiration? Letting his eyes trail through the still flashing cameras the blonde man awaited his turn well mannered, tuning into T's reply. ”How could I trump that … honey … seriously. Play with me!” he told her in a mocking seriousness that provoked some laughter in the rows before them. ”Inspiration, what can I say … trying to do my own thing here really.” Nice. My inspiration is my mother, haha. Being a part of the industry there's rumors flying around all of the time, is there any that you want to squash and what's the most embarrassing or weird rumor that you've heard about yourself?
Making a weird face as the reporter put forth his mother as his source of inspiration Evan couldn't help but question the guys sexuality instantly.
”Well I heard she's considered prettier than me …” he fell intot he conversation for once missing his gentleman beat garnering a resentful stare not only for his actions but his words. ”… well … it's clearly not a rumor.” he added stammering, then clearing his throat while internally triumphant at how he had avoided that stupid question. Ouch. There are so many reality television shows on right now, like Jersey Shore and Keeping up with the Kardashians, I love those girls. Do you have any guilty pleasures? Irking a brow he was seriously getting weirded out by this guy who was bringing the fat Armenian chick into the mix now. Taking the time Tabitha needed to reply the young man merely shook his head upon his turn. ”None I could name on national television.” he stated simply. Alright, I can respect that. There plenty of hunks and gorgeous ladies in Hollywood, who's your celebrity crush? Giving T a deep look the couple engaged in a well played eye-lock making the interviewer chuckle and take it as an answer in its own right - even though they were just doing their job: acting. ”That Buckley fella is pretty hot though …” he threw in none the less receiving a nudge to the ribs after that made him let out a small laughter. Wow, good pick. Music has always been a huge part of pop culture, and pop music seems to be taking over the world right now. Who is your favorite band or musical artist at the moment? Shaking his head once more Ev had to admit he was not much into music beyond listening to the radio.
”What's that annoying song you used to blaze in our shooting breaks?” he asked the woman at his side while biting the inside of his lips in thoughts. ”Right! Right … god I hate that song now.” Good taste, i'm impressed. Is there anyone that you're looking forward to seeing here that you've never met before? ”You of course! D'uh!” Evan laughed knowing T had already named someone else who he didn't even know, was that the person carrying the power-cords or one of the mace-up people? I hope we get to meet them too! Are you working on any other projects at the moment that you would like to share with us? He knew that Tabitha was already far more established in the biz than him so her reply was going to be far more elaborate, he'd just have to shake his head and smile again. ”It's going to stay interesting.” the man simply stated, nodding in conclusion of the interview. Can't wait! Thanks for the interview. Any advice for the folks watching at home? ”Get a REAL job!” Evan winked at the interviewer who was left quite unsure whether to take that as a dig or an actual advice while the two actors moved away out of earshot. ”Got no idea how much I crave a Doobie right now ..” he whispered into T's ear instantly gaining an intense glance of his assistant who of course had overheard him saying.
