Occupation: Crew member, perhaps? I see him being something that would be very hands on and artistic, like a matte painter or special effects as a creature designer or something. Totally up to you though.
Name, career and history are up to you. They grew up together in West Philly and have known each other since they were five, so they're practically brothers. A lot of Dom's childhood was spent out on the streets getting into trouble with his friends. Tyga would've been in that circle of friends, so he deffo needs to be as wild as Dom.
He should be a party animal, reckless, can handle Dom's crazy mood swings, and have no problem doing stupid shit that could potentially land him in jail. xD I think it may be interesting if he were a little on the shady side (maybe not with Dom..) but it's up to you. I really don't care. Maybe check out Dom's app for help? I would also suggest reading some of Dom's solos for more info about his upbringing, but you don't have to.
Other
Being that he and Dom have been best friends for about twenty years, they would know each other inside out. He would know about Dom's abusive childhood and the strained relationship he has with his family, etc. Likewise, Dom would probably know things about Tyga that no one else knows. Basically they should be so close that they can tell each other anything (though I understand that even besties/brothers have secrets).
Ah and preferably rapping should not be his side profession. He can still know how to rap (Dom would probably force him to feature on songs with him for his albums), but I would prefer if they both were not involved in the music industry.
