Delilah Krista Gardner-Fletcher is Samson Fletcher's ex-wife. She is bold, adventurous, daring, courageous, and has a fiery personality. She is independent and refuses to live an average life. She is largely involved with philanthropy. While she shares many similarities with her ex-husband, she is the darker half of the two. She tries to retain the values that grew on her while she was married to Sam, but she is much more of a free spirit. She is independent and strong on the outside, but on the inside she is lost. She's the type of person who will scheme and get what she wants no matter what. She is aggressive, zany, and fierce. She does a great deal of modeling, but she is now an art director.
They met during a party while Sam was still in the soccer career. Delilah was taken at the time by one of Sam's teammates, but she cheated on him for Samson without Samson's knowledge. Samson and Delilah were married for years before finally getting a divorce that they knew was coming for a while.
She's definitely an aggressive and controversial character who probably would be intimidating to many people. You can make her something other than an art director and change her name if it doesn't really suit her. She and Samson keep in touch almost all of the time, but they no longer have ex sex or act like they're romantically involved. Samson is still in love with Delilah, a fact that she is aware of and plays with a bit. Their divorce provides background for Samson's plot, and Delilah would meddle in any relationship he has in the future, whether it is direct or not. I was planning on making her because she looks like a load of fun to have, but I can't see myself handling five character while two of them are involved this way. I love the idea of Delilah, so if you like it too, please don't hesitate to take her off my hands! She would also do rather well as a manager, and it seems like more actors need that nowadays than ever. Or, you know, a publicist. You make that choice. <3
Here's a plot idea I've been wanting to try: a pregnancy scare. Samson has been warned that he may be infertile, a factor to the divorce between Delilah and Samson. I want a pregnancy scare plot... Any takers?
