Otherwise known as Toby or, by a few of his coworkers, Ladyboy, Tobin is... unfortunately not for everyone. Though it takes two seconds with him to establish that Toby is of a very sweet nature, the part of him that come out in the real world usually does more than a little to get him in trouble. He says and does what he wants almost always unless he's waiting tables. He is incredibly competitive. And he tends to throw fits (albeit small ones) when he doesn't get his way. On top of all that, he has an obsession with organization.

If you can get past his quirks, however, you'll find that Toby is a very gentle and caring person. A romantic at heart, he'll do almost everything to please the people he loves and cares about. No favor is too much to ask.

Though he's lived in New York for close to eight and a half years, Toby is just now getting into the television and film industry. A Broadway performer at heart, he spends the majority of his days looking for new auditions and the majority of his nights waiting tables at a bar near where he lives. In the way of friends, enemies, and love interests, Toby needs everything. The stranger the plot, the better it is.

toby & cole --- alright! i'm hannah and this is cole. so cole is twenty-three, and a lot like tobin. he's a huge goofball, really can't take anything seriously on the outside, and is extremely loyal. he jokes around because dealing with everything on an emotional level is a lot harder, and really he's kind of lazy. so he's into music and part of a band. so, another thing is: he falls for his friends, all the time. regardless of gender, because he hasn't figured out yet that he loves being loved, not the actual people. i'm getting to the plot, i promise. so, i'm thinking they meet at the bar where tobin works and hit it off. cole would find his quirks extremely cute, and i think they'd make decent friends. after that, cole would probably fall for him, annnnd i dunno what after that. i've rambled enough. add/delete/manipulate whatever. :{D

Toby & Cole ;; Hi Hannah! : D Also, I literally flailed when I read this, okay? I absolutely love it. <3 And from what I can gather from Cole's profile, it looks like their relationship (wherever it ends up going) will be SUPER interesting. But yes! Meeting at the bar works very well, and if it was on a slow (or rainy... or both) day it'd give them a chance to talk and get to know each other. And then they'd just kind of go from there. It'd take Toby a while to actually warm up to Cole (more than just friends, anyway) because that's just who he is, but he'd be friendly super quick. :3

Toby & Cole ;; That's definitely a good thing. Gives Toby more of a reason to interact with him instead of just "I think I like you. But I'm not going to do anything about it." Also, threading would definitely be awesome. : D I have to go pack at my dad's house today (he's moving) but I should be back later tonight/tomorrow. So I can start if you want, but it'll be many many hours from now. Alternately, if you wanted to start I could reply when I get back. xD Your call.

they're both in the movie once more and major love interests so they'd know each other for sure! because of his "ladyman" image i think she'd be a little put off by the fact that she has to act really intimate with him on screen. but he's a pretty cool person so they could end up as great friends before filming has finished! he could be her ally in her hating against ben (who plays henry in the movie)! yes/no? (:

Oh my fuck I am so sorry for not seeing this sooner.
Anyway, Toby might be a little intimidated by her at first, but I do see them being good friends by the middle/end of the shoot. It seems like they'd get along. :3 As for an ally in hating, Toby's not one to flat out hate anyone for any reason (he's a puppy), but I can see him taking Kate's side more often than not in matters of this 'Ben.'
So. Yes with a few tweaks? xD All in all I really like it.

B) I kind of want to see that, too. The mental image is super entertaining. xD And I'd say forthish party/time they've seen each other should work. At that point I think he'd be comfortable enough inviting her to come smoke with him as long as they were hanging around each other beforehand.
