Up to this point, DeJuan had been absolutely dying in New York. Don't get me wrong, he loved the city probably more than he liked Los Angeles but this movie was pretty close to torture. Having his sister here was making it a little better since he got to hang out with her after they were done rehearsing or whatever. But he had to say that it was still a little rough until Tabs finally came to visit. It was early afternoon after having Tabs spend the night in his suite. He'd left her in his bed, still fast asleep. He was walking around shirtless in a pair basketball shorts, trying to figure out what he wanted to do for breakfast. He stood in front of the fridge, his hand gripping the door, letting the cool air fill the kitchen. Eggs? Bacon? Pancakes? All three? Hhhm... he muttered as he pulled out the eggs and bacon. He sang quietly to himself as he began to turn on the stove top and shuffled around looking for some pans and things.

this was the second time in the past few months that tabitha had been in new york. the first time she had come to visit one of her best friends, adam. now she was here, for a whole different reason. tabs pulled the blanket over her head as soon as the sun first made it's appearance. she was not a morning person. at all. if you woke her up, she was sure as shit going to flip out on you or just not respond to you at all. so dejuan got another plus on his kudos belt. tabitha laid there in his bed, a slight frown on her face as she tried to wake up. with a groan, she sat up - running her hands through her hair to at least get it to lay down. without her straightening it, it went all wavy on her - which gave her that slightly frizzy look. yawning, she moved slowly off the bed and grabbed one of his shirts that was laying across the chair. it went all the way to her knees despite her five foot seven height. she then began to shuffle towards the sound of dejuan's singing, stretching as she found him in the kitchen. typical. tabs didn't say anything at first, just sat on one of the stools - her hand under her chin as she watched him. "boo" she muttered with no enthusiasm.

DeJuan was generally a nice person. He knew not to wake up Tabs or anyone else who slept over his place for that matter. People generally didn't like to be awaken by other people in the morning, DeJuan found it to be a little annoying himself even though he in fact was a morning person. So he had tried his best to creep out of the bed without waking her peaceful slumber. He'd managed to get a skillet that would have to do for scrambling the eggs and frying the bacon. Just as he put the skillet on the stove, he heard Tabs unenthusiastic voice. He smirked though, picking up the pack of bacon. He held up the bag slightly. Want some? he questioned, pulling out a couple of strips for himself. I was gon make eggs too...I'm fuckin starvin, he said putting a few strips of bacon on the skillet. He then moved to the island, leaning against the counter top across from her. Goin' to Georgia soon, hm? he questioned, his eyes gazing at her slightly frizzy hair to her body, thinking how good she looked in his shirt. Even in the morning after just waking up she was hot.

"no thanks, i'm not hungry." unlike dejuan, the bottomless pit tabs didn't start getting hungry until a few hours after she woke up. when he mentioned eggs, she couldn't help but giggle and nod her head. "though when are you not hungry." she exclaimed with a smirk. when he asked about georgia, all she could do was nod her head in agreement. "i mean, i love the south but shit..could they have at least hired someone that i knew." there were people who were on the cast that she didn't know from a can of paint."then there's that malcolm kid" tabby made a face of disgust as she thought about him. it wasn't that she didn't like him, he was just way too weird and annoying. now she had to spend the next three months pretending to be his best friend and actually care about him. acting skills, don't fail her now. what're you lookin' at?" she asked, biting on her bottom lip. tabs mimicked his pose, leaning forward against the counter top.

With a slight shrug he resealed the bag of bacon and for the time being tossed it onto the counter next to the stove. He offered a slight chuckle at her comment. You right. I'mma fat ass at heart, he responded, smiling as he pulled a small bowl out from one of the cabinets. He cracked two eggs into the bowl as she talked about her mixed feelings of going to Georgia for filming. Aw, nappytabs ain't gon have no friends, he teased as he whisked the eggs together in the bow, setting it down next to the bag of baconl. At the mention of that Malcolm kid, DeJuan scoffed in an amused manner. That kid was really weird and he felt for her that she would have to spend consecutive months with him in Georgia. Damn babe you got it bad, he said, though couldn't help but smile at her misfortune. When she asked what he was looking at he too bit down on his bottom lip, his eyes glancing at her lips before lifting to her eyes. You, he said simply, standing up straight and moving to the other side of the island where she sat. He stood close behind her, his fingers moving her hair from her neck, replacing it with his lips. His hands slid down her sides and rested on her hips, giving them a light squeeze. Jus thinkin bout how good you look right now, he muttered onto her skin.

yes, poor tabitha. she was going to have to spend the next few months basically alone - nothing to keep her sane except for her phone and laptop. she was about to become a skype queen, she could already sense it. "you know, when you say it like that...makes me think you're making fun of my soon to be problems." she replied with a grin. she tapped her slender fingers against the top of the counter, pursing her lips as he took a jab at her misfortune again. "and to think i was gonna make you a skype buddy." tabs shook her head in disappointment before releasing a deep sigh. "i'm just gonna have to find some other guy to occupy my time." lifting her shoulders up and down lightly, like it was no big deal for her. tabitha quirked an eyebrow at his response, sitting up straighter as he moved towards her. did he have to look so fucking good? from the dyed blonde hair, to the tattoos, to his muscles. ugh, she was in heaven. tabby tilted her head to the side when she felt him kiss her neck. she arched her back as his hands drifted down to her hips, giving them a little squeeze as well. "mmm..thanks boo" she cooed whilst turning her body around to face him. she opened her legs a bit wider, pulling him in closer with the arms she draped around his neck. "now you look...so fucking good" she replied honestly, with a small smile.

DeJuan offered a smile and a shrug. Maybe I am... he teased. But he would definitely find time to visit her. It was the least he could do since she came to New York for him, granted she did have other friends in New York...But he'll just say she came for him. DeJuan smirked when she hinted that he was off her skype buddy list. I gotta feelin' I'm still gon be a skype buddy, he said, raising a brow at her smugly. But if that's how you feel, then iight. Have fun with this mystery guy, he said, also shrugging his shoulders. The way her body reacted to his touch caused him to smirk slightly, biting down softly on his lower lip as she turned to face him. He allowed himself to be pulled closer to her, his hands slipping down to rest on the top of her thighs. Oh yeah? he questioned, leaning in to kiss her lips, his tongue grazing her deliciously plump bottom lip. After a moment of getting lost in the kiss he could smell the bacon starting to burn on the stove. He pulled away slowly, frowning slightly at the stove. Hm...Shit, he muttered, looking back at Tabs. Look what you made me do, he joked, stepping out from between her legs and over to the stove. He took a fork and turned the bacon over, poking it a few times. Mmm...crispy... he muttered, chuckling lightly.

"and if you are, you can definitely forget about me doing you anymore favors." she smirked. the thought of him even considering coming to georgia didn't cross her mind at all, she just figured this would be a see you, when i see you kind of deal. but if he wanted to come then she was totally game, it would keep her from shooting herself in the face. "well, whatever helps you sleep at night." she mentioned. tabitha knew damn well there was no mystery guy...well, there was micah but she was positive that conversation with him would be just as awkward as it was when they were face to face. when he questioned her, all she could do was giggle and nod up at him. she rubbed her fingers lightly against the back of his head as he leaned in to kiss her. the kiss. that fucking kiss. she accepted his tongue willingly, letting her own play against his. to tabs the kiss was over way too soon, she really just wanted to kiss him all day but she knew that wasn't possible. she stared up at him blankly before scoffing at his comment. "um, you kissed me and got lost in my luscious lips so...it's your fault." when he walked away, she exhaled in defeat before turning around, placing her elbow on the counter and her chin in her hands. "burnt's more like it sweetheart." she cooed. "speaking of burnt, you said you wanted to know more about me." that had nothing to do with burnt, but the thought just occurred to her. "so, what would you like to know." she asked.

DeJuan knew there was no mystery man but he did know about Micah. And sort of felt bad about the situation. Apparently the dude liked Tabitha as well and DeJuan came in and just sort of...stole her? But it wasn't like the two of them were dating, he and Tabs or Micah and Tabs so all DeJuan could think was "don't hate the playa, hate the game". DeJuan chuckled lightly, shaking his head a bit as he put the bacon on a paper towel. Is that what you think happened? he questioned playfully. Interesting...I think it's you who got lost in my blackalicious lips, he said, smirking as he picked up a piece of the bacon and stuck it in his mouth while he whipped up some scrambled eggs real quick. DeJuan gave her a weird look, soon offering a small smile. Burnt has nothin to do wit this but....Iight, he said, taking a moment to think for a little bit. Favorite thing to eat? he questioned, munching on the bacon.

the whole situation with tabitha and micah was so...not even that big of a deal to her. they liked each other but neither of them made a move to make themselves exclusive. as far as she was concerned, she was single - she could do what she wanted. so for anyone to give her crap about hurting micah, could go and choke on a dick. seriously. besides, if they wanted to get technical he slept with other females first and tabitha took it as. okay, i was trying to be good and save myself for you but if you're gonna do that - then i'm gonna do me. she was just having fun, anyway, she really didn't expect anything to come out of this or with micah for that matter. "who leaned in and kissed who first?" because from her recollection it was dejuan, not the other way around. she did admit, however, that she loved kissing his blackalicious lips. what was her favorite thing to eat? "cupcakes" she answered immediately. tabs smiled at the thought but then frowned up as she changed her mind. "no, chilli cheese fries...no sweet potatoes." she grinned, and of course she didn't say potatoes - it sounded more like potaytah but who cared. "i like food..but like..southern food, you know." she nodded. "what else you wanna know.."
