personality evaluated.
riley is one of the cockiest boys you will meet. he sometimes has the stereotypical famous attitude where he thinks he's better than everyone else. it was the way he was brought up. his father and mother had ordinary jobs but his mother's brother, uncle jarrik, was famous, too. riley is very into having power and thinks that the world usually revolves around him, or at least it should revolve around him. he hates being in the dark about things so when he knows secrets, he'll feel much better about himself. he's sometimes vain and often comes across as being a dick. this is really only to mask his past life, though. riley knows how to act the right way with certain people.
even though he's cocky and rowdy, riley knows how to have a laugh and can be rather calm. depending on who's around, he'll act different. sometimes he'll be mature and sensible, the perfect role model and other times he can be ignorant and selfish. he likes to get in with the correct crowd and changing his attitude usually helps this. or so he's found out. he's rather protective as well towards his little brother and sister. riles can be helpful and sweet at times. although he gets told a lot of secrets, he isn't one to run his mouth and spread things around. unless provoked or dared to do so. he doesn't like being pressured but hates being isolated, too. if a certain thing is easy to get around without being cut off, he'll do it. such as telling a secret that will kill a friend socially if it means getting in with the 'big boys & girls'.

riley atticus mason was born on the third of september to rhys and sienna mason. the couple already had a child, thomas, who was four at the time. he never really took to riley and still hasn't. thomas saw him as an intruder who was taking his parents away. from then on, riles was isolated by his brother. he didn't like this because he enjoyed the company of his older brother. he was a good child, though. he always did as he was told, ate up all his meals and never made a mess of anything his mother had asked him not to. his older brother would sometimes break something and then blame riley, though. those were bad times. riley soon grew less fond of his brother until he didn't like him completely. his mother and father noticed this and ended up splitting. his father usually got on better with thomas, so he spent more time with him. riley's mother didn't like the way thomas and riley were being split up but, after realizing their actions wouldn't change, she spent more time with riley. they'd sit for hours watching films or reading books. well, sienna would read, riley would listen. he loved his mother. they soon saw less and less of thomas and rhys but didn't really care. they didn't miss them too bad. they enjoyed each others company.
when riley was just seven, rhys and sienna grew back together. thomas, now eleven, was out with his friends more often and this was good for both of them. sienna and rhys wanted two more children but during another of sienna's pregnancies, she miscarried. still wanting a child who riley could bond with, her and rhys adopted a one year old, lucas anton mason (formerly lucas anton villne). riley was happy to have a little brother and helped his mother and father look after him. he grew very close to lucas, being the brother that thomas never was. he'd help lucas with homework. he'd play with him when they were both bored. read books to him like his mother had done when he was little. he'd put all the paintings that lucas did for him on his wall for everyone to see. he was proud of his little brother. but his mother had told him that they weren't meant to tell anyone that he was adopted. riley didn't understand what was wrong with this but he kept his mouth shut. this was the start of why he became good at keeping secrets. many social workers came to check how lucas was doing at times and riley's friends would ask who they were and what they wanted with luc. riles would just shrug or tell them that luc was actually a secret agent baby but they weren't to tell. they actually believed him and that was a-okay.
when riles was eighteen, he'd realized how much he'd loved acting and drama. he'd taken a course at college for it and was getting really good at it. after 'acting' from such a young age, he was pretty good at it. it amused him to see the look on peoples faces when he would do a piece of drama and they thought it was real. this was when his uncle started getting involved in his life. he'd come and watch riley act and then take notes before going away for a few weeks. he never told riles what he was going away for but riley knew better than to ask. soon, the good news of another of sienna's pregnancies came. this time it was successful and she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on the ninth of november. again, he grew close to her. thomas, now twenty two, had left home and was sharing an apartment with his best friend and his girlfriend. he'd isolated lucas like he had riley, too. riles hated to think how he would have come across darcie.
the visits from his uncle started again, more frequent this time until one day, on his twentieth birthday, he plucked up the courage to ask what was going on. his uncle told him that he'd been videoing and taking notes about riley's techniques of acting and that his producer friend had been interested in him. jarrik soon broke the news that they wanted him to star in an advert and if all went well, they were thinking of giving him more adverts. riley did this and soon he was in films as a background role. he soon went up to playing bigger roles and still enjoys it. he lives with his uncle now, going wherever he goes to the high ranked parties. so it's all thanks to jarrik darlington that he is where he is today. on the big screens.

roleplay sample.riley frowned at himself in the mirror. he shook his head at himself, running a hand through his hair. he was going to the nightclubs, again. he didn't know what to wear this time, though. he never really 'dressed up' to go to a nightclub. his clothes always ended up ragged or completely off, anyway. not very many people in nightclubs were bothered about clothes. the didn't walk up and shun people due to what they were wearing. he'd just showered for the second time and was still trying to figure out what to wear. yesterday he'd just worn a blue shirt with jeans and his leather jacket. it was too warm to wear a leather jacket. in his opinion, anyway. maybe a white vest? he sighed, walking to his wardrobe and opening it for the fifth time that night. he bit his lip, tilting his head at the clothes. a white vest would be good. and just some jeans. yeah. they'd be fine. he took them out, smiling to himself and then walked to the bed. he dropped them down, pulling out some boxers and then pulling them on once he'd dropped his towel that was still around his waist. he then pulled on his jeans and did up the zip and buttons. riley got his deodorant and sprayed himself before pulling on his vest. he looked in the mirror again, frowning. something was missing. he couldn't go out in just a vest. he sighed, rolling his eyes at his reflection and then walking back to the wardrobe that was still open. he skimmed it quickly before pulling out two shirts. a pale blue and white checked one or a plain white shirt. he laughed at himself, putting the white one back and taking the blue one off it's coathanger. he pulled it on, doing up only a few of the buttons. there. he was dressed. now all he had to do was find some suitable trainers, find his wallet and phone and then leave for the nightclubs. he bent down, pulling out a white and blue pair of trainers. he slipped them on after pulling on some socks. riley tied the shoe laces and then closed his wardrobe doors, sighing. he looked in the mirror, smiling this time.
riley walked towards his bed again, opening the top drawer on his bedside table. he took out his wallet, opening it up and checking he had enough money. he did. as usual. he could always go and use his card to get more out, though. if he needed to. he closed his wallet and put it into his pocket, picking up his phone and smiling. he checked the time, nodded at it and then put that in his other pocket. riley closed the drawer and then walked out of his room and towards the front door. he grabbed his keys again as he walked past it, opening the door and walking out. he closed it behind him, locking it and the putting his keys into his pocket as well. humming as he walked down the street, riley was thankful that he hadn't put a jacket on. he was boiling. whether it was just him, he didn't know. he was just glad it wasn't freezing. he ran his hand through his hair, walking a little faster down the path. the quicker he got into the nightclubs, the faster he could get drunk and just have a good night. riley would get up on the dancefloor and he'd bring plenty of people with him. anyone he was talking to would be dragged up if he was drunk and there was a catchy song on. which, when riles was drunk, just happened to be pretty much every single song. even the slower ones, he'd happily dance around like it was the fastest song you'd ever heard. he didn't care, he had fun doing it. and if you had fun doing something, why should you stop? he didn't have an answer for that one. probably because there was no genuine reason. well, actually, there probably was. riley just hadn't thought of it yet. he would, though. eventually. if he put his mind to it.
riley sighed, walking into the doors of the nightclub. security here was always pretty rubbish. he'd seen fifteen year olds walking in with fake id and not being stopped. but if they were having a good time, then it didn't matter. riley smiled when he was inside. he'd missed the nightclub. even though he'd been here at the same time the previous night, he'd had a sleep since then. the music hadn't been fresh in his ears and head. he sighed, walking towards the bar. he had to push past people as he did. drunken people who'd been here for quite a while. sobers who weren't really sure they should be getting drink. newbies. that kind of thing. there were people who'd been drunk, been sick and were trying to keep more drink down. he found people funny in nightclubs. many of them knew him from times he'd been here. many of them were too drunk to even realize he'd walked into the actual building. but yeah, once they were sober, they'd recognize who he was. and he was happy with that. when he was drunk, he probably wouldn't remember who they were anyway. not even in the morning. riley finally made his way to the bar and sat down on one of the stools, ordering just a vodka and coke to start with. he usually did that. and then he moved onto harder drinks. he paid for his drink and then took a sip of it, turning to look at the people on the dancefloor. he tapped his hand against his knee to the beat of the music, smiling and taking another sip of his drink. he turned back around, drinking some more and just waiting basically. he didn't know what for. but he was waiting.
