the first thing you should know about alphonzo is that he is very scared of failure, so, he thinks before acting. all his personal thoughts and opinions are kept private and usually only shared with his very close friends. he does what’s right and not what he wants, alphonzo considers foolish those who are majorly controlled by their feelings. he’s also selfish, it takes a lot for alphonzo to care about anything else besides himself, his family (shh, secret) and closest friends. that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have an opinion about you, you probably don’t like it, but it doesn’t matter because alphonzo won’t shout it either, he will seem indifferent to most people around him.
alphonzo likes girls, and he would really love to have a serious relationship, but he’s just too scared. what if he doesn’t like her next month? what if she cheats on him? what if she gets pregnant? what if an elephant jumps on her and smashes her? you get the drill. he’s too afraid of getting hurt for real and hurting somebody else along the way as well, so he prefers to be alone and flirt occasionally. but one day, alphonzo will marry, or at least he wants to.
he’s also very hardworking and believes in himself. that’s probably his best trait, alphonzo is very passionate when it comes to his work and hobbies, he also loves to work on details. and finally, alphonzo is a bit of a snob – he is not utterly arrogant though, but he does love a compliment once in a while and is a bit narcissistic. he tries not to show it since, well, it’s not very acceptable but deep inside alphonzo loves the attention.

history evaluated.
alphonzo was born on a sunny day on august 9th , he was a very small baby because he was born premature. His family was highly conservative and they were all christians, so, as you can imagine, he also had that kind of education. the role of the perfect son suited alphonzo very well until my ten/eleven years, he had good grades, he didn’t started fights with the other kids, he obeyed his parents, and even though that he blamed my brother everytime he screwed up, he knew it was wrong, alphonzo just wanted that my parents wouldn’t be disappointed with me. even though it a bit strict and boring, he had a happy childhood, or alphonzo was at least unconsciously happy which is always good. his brother wasn’t that good at faking when he messed up like alphonzo was, they had a shaky relationship for a while.
however, when he was in his pre-teens, a scandal broke the family. their mother was pregnant, but of another man and then their parents divorced. his father took alphonzo and his brother to live with him and left our mother, at first, alphonzo found himself very confused in this situation and angry at both sides, it forced him to stop being as spoiled and made him mature faster than he was expecting. they moved to los angeles, his father had a friend there who was also a mechanic and they both set a business.
alphonzo and his brother started to get along, they stopped fighting after stupid things and even had a close relationship. in high school, alphonzo had his first contact with acting and he found it far more entertaining than math or english. A few months after, he even started to go to auditions without his father knowing, he would never approve, acting wasn’t really what he dreamed for his son. it was easier to pretend that alphonzo liked the football team and chemistry, and that's what his father thought until alphonzo got a two minor roles in movies after he was eighteen and he told him. his father's reaction was not very good, he was clearly disappointed and did not accept alphonzo's dream.
after that, alphonzo and his father started to get along badly, they fought a lot until one day, when he was nineteen, alphonzo left and moved to an apartment with his roomate. he works as a bartender to gain some extra money and is still doing minor roles, but still hasn't done it big, of course. since he moved to his new apartment, alphonzo's christian morals were forgotten. he started to drink, to party, to have sex with people that he never met before and guess what? he liked it.

roleplay sample. This was being prepared since Nicolette was only six years old. She had no choice in matter, but she didn’t care, her parents might have made many mistakes, but they at least got once thing right. It was the only thing that Nicolette was grateful to them, for she wouldn’t have made a better choice. They had their misunderstandings during their short life time, well, they still did once in a while, but Nicolette wouldn’t change her future for nothing. It was what made her hopeful – the future, it wasn’t exactly smiling to her, but it seemed to be far more promising than the present. Everything was set already, except the color of the flowers and the deserts and those were secondary things compared with the most important part that was planned since… Well, it was planned long ago, that’s what matters.
The streets weren’t very crowded nowadays, it was quite clear that there was something going on, some stores were closed or empty. The street that used to be inviting was now hollow and silent, but you could still hear the birds singing in the middle of the summer, for those did not understand such complicated matters of the human and ignorance made them happy. There was also another noise that could be heard in the street, her high heels echoing against the road. The day was incredibly hot, humid, and purely unpleasant, not even her lightest and whitest dress could make the heat go away, but today was a remarkable day. It was the day when Nicolette was going to truly disrespect her mother and the day where she was getting her wedding dress.
It had all been arranged by Madame Dufort, an old costumer of the house. She and the witches who worked in there got along extremely well, regardless that half of them were half-bloods. Every member of the family was good at that – pretending that they liked people when they actually didn’t give a shit about them. Yes, they weren’t very honest, but then again, they lived in a corrupt country, so no one really noted that, especially when news about death and torture were part of daily-basis.
Nicolette walked in the store and closed the door behind her. It was far cooler inside, thankfully. The girl in store smiled to her, she probably was only a year older than Nicolette, but she was new in there, or at least Nicolette never seen her before. “Bonjour.” Nicolette greeted, rather idly, just being merely polite. “I came here to get a wedding dress. It’s under the name of Nicolette Dufort.” Nicolette had no interest in wasting her time with babbling, she had nothing else to do, but she truly wanted to go back to the Dame’s manor, where she was living after a brief disagreement with her parents, at least Nicolette found that place far more comfortable and pleasant than her own house ever was.
The girl handed her the dress and Nicolette tried it again, making sure than it looked perfect on her and then she left, the girl who apparently knew her mother, asked her why she didn’t come. Nicolette didn’t answer and left the store, diving in the suffocating heat again. She needed a drink; fresh lemonade would be more than welcome by now. Her direction was then turned to a bar, which used to be popular, but now with the war, it was empty, the only thing that indicated that there was life in there was an old song being played in a crappy phonograph. After ordering a lemonade, Nicolette’s eyes got lost in the street and her mind started wandering around the wedding, in a few days, she was won’t be a Mademoiselle anymore, instead, she will be called Madame. It was wonderful how a small change could make her cringe a bit; Madame would be so much more suited to her mother than to herself. The wedding was three days away and Nicolette was terrified and terribly happy.
