he hated being told how to do his job. it wasn't acting at all and he preferred to work his stunts exactly as he wanted them, so when the actor he was stunting for suggested something, spencer stopped dead in his tracks and turned to the guy. he was about spencer's height, it was easier for him to grab the guy by the collar and yank him closer to his face. "tell me again how to do my stunts, buddy" spencer threatened with a growl as he obviously got his fist ready. at this point, no one really bothered to mess with him, it was better to stay out of it unless there was blood. there was a small chance there would be blood. spencer wasn't too pissed, he was just a little ticked off at the idiot. the guy opened his mouth to say something and that was the moment spencer raised his fist to get ready to smack him. right now, they weren't even filming. they were on set, though. another scene was being filmed and the actor happened to throw a friendly suggestion. spencer didn't like it at all, clearly.

to be perfectly honest, bridget wasn't even meant to be on set. as a music composer, she didn't have to start work until all this filming doodah was finished and ready to be edited in the studio. but, missing those days when she was still an actress brought her to the set of the movie she was composing the music for; slayer by night. it just so happened that her band had been playing gigs around canada and today they were in toronto - perfect opportunity to visit the set. the director was friendly enough to allow her to come, even encouraging her to get a little feel of the film's mood which was important right? now, right at this moment, didge was standing outside the canteen scanning the trays of food for the cast and crew. she felt a little starved and so she grabbed an apple before exploring the set.

hearing the guy just squeeze his eyes shut, closing his mouth, spencer got ready to throw a hook at him, but was shockingly distracted. his eyes only meant to glance for a nanosecond who was passing by, not too far away, but ended up doing a double take to look longer at the girl with the apple, walking by and looking around. what happened at that point on was a mystery to him, his fist instantly calmed down and his grip on the guy's collar was let go of. spencer didn't notice the guy fall to the ground as his eyes followed the girl walking not too far away from the set. his eyes stayed in her direction even after she was long gone, "Who..." Spencer looked down to see the guy now getting up, glaring over at him. Spencer said nothing at all at first, "...Sorry." What? Okay, that clearly came out accidentally. But he didn't take it back. Since when does he apologize for anything? He turned to look at the corner she walked through. The other guy looked too, obviously unsure of what was going on. Spencer wasn't too clear either.

the place was pretty impressive, didge had to say so herself. actually it was just like any other film set but it was definitely nicer than the sets she'd been on when she was still working as an actress. the trailers were certainly bigger of course, considering this was a big budget film and if there was one thing she noticed, it was that there was a buzz everywhere. perhaps excitement or the general feeling of happiness coming from the cast and crew because someone had spiked their coffees. she made a mental note to herself to visit the sets of films she'd be working on in the future. that was, if she happened to be in the same city as where they were filming. taking a bite out of her juicy red apple she looked up and down everywhere she turned and took in the sights - even if they were only sights of trailers and electrical wires weaving in and around. it was nice so far although she couldn't really get any muse from trailers for the film's score. perhaps she could sneak into the art department or the costumes trailer, or just continue walking and get lost. which she did, with an apple in hand while the other hand was inside the pocket of her dress skirt.

the guy's eyes were a little widened, his forehead ceased as he stared at the unusual look on spencer's face. "What?" He growled, but didn't get an answer. What was he looking at? And why did he have such a freaked out look on his face. Letting it aside, Spencer managed to ask, "Who was that?" He asked a little more calmly that time, but he didn't get a satisfying answer: "I didn't see anyone." Normally, he would've gotten pissed, but just explained the one with the apple without getting into much detail. All Spencer got back was a name. A name he wasn't pleased to hear, but that didn't exactly stop him from patting the side of the guy's face and disappeared around the corner too, looking around for her. When he found her, he arched a brow behind her back. Great. What was he doing? He'd never been remotely nice to that girl before, so why would he expect her to be nice to him? Why did he want her to talk to him anyway? He didn't know. To him, she was beautiful. But that's not what he wanted to call it, even though he couldn't think of words to decide his flipping stomach and racing pulse when he saw her pass by a minute ago. He looked after her again. Was she lost?

didge's flats made a light tapping noise against the concrete ground as she walked further and further through the set. it seemed like a maze and didge felt like snow white with her apple, walking through a forest of trailers. instead of being crew they were forest animals running around considering they already were rushing to get to places around set. taking a bite of her apple the girl continued walking wondering if the set could get any more bigger. perhaps now was the time to retreat back to where she came from or better yet, find the costumes trailer and inspect. it was then that she stopped and turned her head to look for a way to the costume trailer that she noticed someone behind her, looking at her, staring almost. "hi." she simply said as not to make the situation awkward for both of them.

Spencer found himself jump a little when she looked right at him. He wasn't sure what it was. It wasn't like he hadn't seen her before, he saw pictures and talked to her before and hated her the entire time. so why, in person, was he suddenly so interested in her? did she even recognize him? she wouldn't be greeting him if she did. she was now facing him and he was suddenly at a loss of words. he wasn't much a talker, but usually did say what was on his mind. but what happens when he has no clue what he has in mind when he looks at her? so he managed to say the first thing that came to mind: "It's you." And that's what either of them usually said when they saw each other on the chat. He now felt like he had to explain himself, which he never would do, "I...wasn't following..." He cleared his throat, still unable to look away from her face.

"okay..." bridget muttered under her breath feeling creeped out that someone was just standing there staring. two questions came into mind, firstly, why wasn't he saying anything? for the duration of the time he was standing there like a deer in headlights didge looked behind her to check if he wasn't staring at anyone else. nope, it had turned lonely quite quickly. she turned her head back and could only flatly smile before taking the extra time to glance around her for a possible escape in case he were to attack her. sure, while the look on his face wasn't suggesting that he was going to attack her, his tall and muscular body intimidated her a little bit so it was possible. she'd rather take a flight than fight this guy. but one thing kept her there: her second question. his body might have been something to fear, but his face was unusually familiar. being straightforward, she was ready to ask if they'd met each other, even opening her mouth however he had managed to get the first word out. "it's you." he said and soon a lightbulb turned on above her head - it was that cute quiet chat boy she hated! then he continued to speak, telling her that he wasn't following. the first things that came to mind was, "spencer." and, "either you're working on this movie too or you found out where i was and now you're going to murder me... with your knife and bare hands. aren't you? great." she was hoping he wasn't going for the later because she wouldn't have minded working with him - that way she'd be alive.

She said his name and he swore he almost smiled, or even fluttered inside or something. he didn't know. what the hell was going on with him? was he suddenly terrified of her? he knew it was a feeling he'd never felt toward any girl. it had to be fear. but why would it be fear and would that really explain why his heart was beating so fast, "Oh, uh.." It also didn't explain the fact that his palms were sweaty and he found himself stuttering, trying to decide what the best thing would be to say back to her. murder her? hell no, he wanted to...he didn't know. "no knife..." he said softly, trying to just say the first thing that came to mind, "i mean i do stunts for this thing" he pointed towards the set and then looked back at her. maybe he did know what he wanted, but he wasn't going to admit it. not even to himself. somewhere deep inside, though, he knew. he wanted to kiss her. "why? were you looking to be murdered...?

well she kinda already figured that he was working here, not sure as what, but he suddenly clarified it for her. stunts. that was pretty awesome. she always wondered what it'd be like if she did stunts on a film - she'd probably break every bone in her delicate body, but it'd feel like an adventure, and she loved adventures. bridget didn't know what to do as he looked at her in a way that was... weird. did she do something wrong? oh well of course, he hated her like he mentioned a million times over the internet, but this wasn't a look hatred, no. this guy was hard to figure out more in real life. "no, i just thought you were serious." she really did. "you sounded serious too and now, you're here..." standing right in front of her. to be honest she didn't think this day would actually happen but it was. wow, she felt like baking a cake.

he still hadn't admit it to himself, but surely had to admit the fact that she had a beautiful voice. "well, i was serious." spencer clarified before taking a step closer to her, "i'm not here to murder you." why was he still standing there? normally, he'd be walking away from someone by now, but couldn't get himself to look away from those eyes, "plus, there's no audience yet." he found himself chuckling very lightly, it rarely did happen. man, did he want to kiss her? why, he didn't know. and it wasn't the urge to do the whole rough spencer version or kissing, no. it was different.

she wasn't surprised that he was serious about murdering her. he hated her and it seemed like such a strong hate towards her over the internet. in real life he didn't look like someone who could loathe people as much as he said he did. but they chatted, and remembered that he had issues. whatever issues they were, well, she found herself suddenly interested which wasn't usually what she did. normally she wouldn't have bothered getting into other people's business, or even wonder about what they were thinking or the like - something she realised when she told spencer that she was trying to figure him out. to her, he was interesting. even if he hated her. as for bridget hating him, well it was only because he once called her a "little girl". she was still unsure as to whether she could trust him and considering that was the case, she kept cautious and prepared to run if suddenly a knife were to come out of no where. no audience? "yeah..." she replied feeling a little awkward, "i don't trust you..."

spencer, too, recall when she always said she wanted to figure him out and it never made sense to him. almost everyone wanted to figure him out, but no one ever seriously told him that. they kept in their own business and out of spencer's, which is usually what he preferred. he didn't blame that she didn't trust him because really he hadn't ever done or said anything nice to her ever since he meant her. on the chat or in person, he never made her life easier. "i wish you did." he said to her, crossing his arms across his chest as he looked down at her, starting to feel a little uncomfortable as the four words echoed in her head as if they weren't satifying. or as if all he wanted was her approval.

"why?" was her reply to his. boy was he an enigma, "you're contradicting yourself. you hate me, and yet you want me to trust you... am i being punk'ed?" where was ashton when she needed him? she wished this was a big joke because this was getting more confusing by the second. then she realised something, "hey, aren't you supposed to be walking away now?" yeah. if he hated her then why wasn't he walking away in disgust. instead he was standing close towering over her small body. "maybe i should be the one going." maybe so.

why. he didn't know why just yet. now, love at first sight was something spencer would make fun of. hell, he'd make fun of anything that had to do with love. it was happening to him now and he didn't know what the hell was wrong with him. there was no way he'd believe it was love. he'd never been punk'd. was this what it was supposed to be like? did it involve what spencer was about to do in about two seconds? he always did do what he wanted to do and wanted what he wanted. walking away? That was not an option. instead, he reached forward to her waist, pulling it closer to hold it against him before he leaned down and pressed his lips against hers for no more than two seconds. pulling away, he licked his lips. he didn't want to know whether or not she was disgusted or completely pissed, he just enjoyed it.
