conscientiousness | justin is prepared, ready to do work whenever he has to, and ready to do whatever kind of work he has to in order to achieve the goals he has set forth for himself. his only issues are that he can be fairly messy and forget to do minor things. unfortunately, some of these minor things end up snowballing into bigger things.

extraversion | justin likes people and feel comfortable in a crowd. he doesn't mind being the center of attention. although he doesn't talk a lot, he keeps up in conversation very well. his ever-expanding vocabulary helps him keep conversations running and interest locked in on him. he does like to talk to a lot of different people. making connections is a very big thing for him, as he knows connections are the key to fame. the way he plays the game makes him a fairly crafty individual.

agreeableness | justin is agreeable to a degree. he is very opinionated and intelligent, meaning that he won't say "yes" to everything handed to him. he's concerned for others, but he doesn't always put others in front of himself. if justin isn't all set with himself, he isn't going to be helping anyone else. if there is the possibility that somebody else will get something he wants and feels he needs, then he will make sure that other person fails. it isn't a matter of personal feelings; it's just business. that doesn't mean he doesn't care. caring just isn't as important.

neuroticism | justin is, by no means, a worry wart. he doesn't usually get sad or easily angered. instead, he's very calm and collected most of the time. relaxation is key, and he always takes the time to meditate and focus himself. there are times when he will get nervous or paranoid, though. that happens when he is backed into a corner, or when his self-confidence takes a severe blow. for something to shift his mood so much, it would have to be significant.

Justin Alexander Black was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He lived in Red Mill Farms on Mozart Drive with both his mother, father, and sister. He was raised to be the kid that everybody got along with, but he didn't quite understand the concept at first. He was a bit of a bully to some kids while he attended Red Mill Elementary. In fact, he had even bullied some of his friends into doing everything he wanted to do. The need for attention caused him to be a bit of an ass, even at such a young age. Needless to say, he started having issues at home.

He struggled with his family and friends when entering middle school. His actions cost him some friends, and put him in the eyes of all of his teachers; and not in a good way. By the time he reached eighth grade, however, Justin managed to pull his act together. He mended broken friendships and even started to be a little more outgoing. That is when he began to take an interest in having a public face.

High school was the key to Justin's growth. He was always trying to be friendly with everyone, and it was affecting his ambitions. He took part in many of the school plays, but he was often taken advantage of for trying to be so nice. He eventually took notice of this himself, with the help of some friends. He became very good at telling people when they needed to back down. He started getting lead roles until the end of high school, where he graduated and went to college.

Justin was discovered in college. At least, semi-discovered. He got a minor role in a semi-popular television show. He was able to keep up with college at the same time until his role picked up pace, and Justin didn't pick up another semester of college. When the show was canceled, Justin moved back in with his parents and continued to pursue an acting career. He found his current agent and got a minor role in a movie. He then joined the cast of a small television series, and has happily stayed on while constantly looking out for other roles.

The door shut behind him as he walked into his apartment. He buttoned ope his shirt before turning on the air conditioning. "Jeez..." he muttered. Justin had had a long day at the studio. Everyone was stressed over replacement casting; the director especially. They all knew that the show was going to lose ratings because of the actor switch for the character of Jason. He was a popular character on the show, and that made it so much worse.

"If he would have just cooperated," Justin reminisced. The actor who had been dropped from the show, Rex Donald, had thrown a temper tantrum over re-writes in the script. Everybody tried to calm him down, Justin especially. They were pretty good friends off-screen and Justin knew more about Rex than anybody else on the set. Justing grumbled as he thought about it, and plopped himself down on the couch to watch some television.

He flipped through the channels, still trying to wrestle with the idea of somebody replacing Rex on the set. It didn't feel right, but there wasn't anything he could do about it now. Rex had to learn the hard way that playing the drama queen doesn't get him quite what he wants. "I can see if he has any plans to find another job," Justin decided. "See how he's holding up..."

Justin picked his cell phone out of his pocket and thumbed through his contact for Rex's number. He put the phone to his ear and listened to the ringback tone - You Got Me by the Crash Kings - before he got Rex's answering machine. It beeped and Justin said, "Hey, Rex. It's Justin. Just wanted to know if you wanted to hang out tomorrow. I'll be up late, so let me know soon, alright?"

He hung up and let that be that. He continued to watch television and waited for the call back from Rex.
