personality evaluated.
►Naked Eye | Publicly, Scarlett likes to present herself as a hard ass, tough as nails, go getter who will not take no for an answer. However, she executes this with a demure grace like that of a debutant. Because she grew up a military child, she has a low tolerance for insubordination, disorganization, and what she calls ignorance, although her definition fluctuates to her mood from time to time. As a manager, she knows creating a firm repute with clients and other outside forces (that inevitably hold the fate of her talent in their hands), is important, but she has the tendency to come off as pushy, arrogant and domineering in the past, permanently ruining some ties she has created in her past. Her dictatorial way of running her business has had its pitfalls, but she looks to change her reputation in the game as less of a tyrant and more of queen among managers, though she has mountains of work to do...
►Under the Surface | Scarlett often uses her work to drown out the voices of her past. She is a workaholic who uses the action of the day to day grind to suppress her past mistakes and drive her into her future, but one can only cover up so much in such a fast paced life. She's, often to the surprise of those who know her best, very spiritual, which is a blessing and a curse in her eyes. In the industry, too much conscience can cause success to slip from one's hands, so her hard, stainless steel exterior wall protects her caring, compassionate heart. Unfortunately, she keeps this particular side of herself away from others, as not to compromise the empire she seeks to build for herself, and not to get hurt. One would probably never see her in a relationship, at least not publicly, because in her world, such things could ruin a career. Also, years of "public service" have emotionally damaged her in the healthy relationship department, often leading to dead end, unhealthy partnerships with men.

► Genesis | The Beginning
Scarlett Marcellus was born Callia Rose Gallo in Bronx, NY. She was raised by her mother, a native of Barbados and her military father, An Italian-American soldier from Brooklyn. When she was still a toddler, her father left for the army, and her mother was left to raise her alone.
As she progressed through her childhood with minimal paternal influence, it sufficed to say she spent most of her days with her mother in the kitchen of her family owned restaurant, where she learned to love cooking and the joys and emotions behind foods.
Tragically, a little after Callia's 12th birthday, her family's restaurant burned to the ground, leaving her mother without a way to make a living.
When she entered high school, her father had come home from the service and moved her family to Manhattan, away from her friends and her family on her mothers side. She saw them infrequently, but her father wanted to focus on building his family into an upper class unit using his resources from the service. Her mother obtained a job as a Sous Chef at Le Bernardin through her fathers hookups.
Callia attended an all girl prep school where she graduated with honors, but she was left socially defunct when it came to socializing with boys, who her father strictly forbade her from coming in contact with.
► Exodus | The Journey
After high school, she was accepted to UC Berkely in California, and while there she was exposed to the day and nightlife of the west coast. She was a business management major, but with the freedom that being in college brought, she was pulled into some of the more destructive habits that came with living so close to LA and it's temptations. Sex, drugs, parties, and socializing with less that reputable characters caused her to lose focus on her academic goal.
After a unsuccessful first academic year, she lost her scholarship, and was forced to pay for her last three years herself, lest her father discover that she had broken the code he had set. She continued to play the role of the perfect daughter, intercepting her grades before they came home, and often skyping her family with the facade of happiness and success. During that summer, she was invited by one of her seedy "friends" to join her for a weekend at a strip club where she could make in a night what most people made in a week. Callia hesitantly agreed, and ended up acquiring enough money by the end of the summer to pay for half of her tuition in cash.
Calia was forced -- or so she believed -- to continue this destructive lifestyle until she graduated. After three years of it, she graduated Magnum Cum Laude, but she had trouble leaving her shady past behind. In an effort to disassociate herself with that past, she shaved her head to show that beauty had nothing to do with her success. She could hold her own in the industry, just like any man. Thus started her journey to a Master's degree in Paris, France at the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris).
Once there, she still had trouble leaving her past occupation behind, noticing that she could make even more money there, without stripping and just taking a few pictures. She was finally forced to leave that life behind after her school year started because of her rigorous schedule and numerous internships. She never finished, however, after she was blackmailed with the very pictures that had earned her so much money.
► Revelation | The Change
After being in France for a year and a half, Calia finally returned home with no MBA, and nothing to show for her efforts. Her father learned of her less than decent pictures, to say the least, and all but shunned her from the family. With no funds from her family, and no silver spoon to feed her, she switched to an alias and began searching for work. Scarlett finally got a gig as a Personal Assistant for a NY Modeling Agency's CEO, and from there she began searching for even bigger names to PA for.
Finally feeling like she'd found her niche in life, she sought out to make her name for herself by being a talent manager. She began by managing small names for independent films and then moved to slightly more well known named for gigs on Disney Channel and voice actors for animated shows. Eager to break into something more, she is contemplating taking her business to LA to find real talent she can mold into an A-List celebrity, and hopefully earn her way back into her dad's good graces.

“Sensational.”
The suave, dark haired man who sat in front of a control panel of sorts clapped his hands together slowly and deliberately, making sure he showed the full brunt of his appreciation for the work in front of him.
“Absolutely sensational.”
“So you like it then?” Slender arms slipped around his neck and down his torso from behind, and lips of the most perfect pink were placed puckered on the side of his neck.
“Of course, Scar. It’s perfect. I didn’t know you had a knack for producing.”
“Well, I didn’t either until I started working with you. Tell me, Marco. How long do you think it will take to get Andrea into a long term contract? A few months? A few weeks?”
So this was her game, was it? Marco, gently removed her arms from his personage and expelled her fingers that were already cunningly undoing his neck tie. It was obvious what she was doing. But it was so obvious that this was not her style, either.
“Is that was this was about, Scarlett? Getting your client a gig?” He swiveled in his chair to turn and face her standing there, his eye ever so carefully examining her long, endless legs, her coke bottle curvature, and her seductive, tantalizing gaze that made it almost impossible for him to say no to her. “This isn’t how the infamous Scarlett Marcellus does business. I though you were a legit go-getter who didn’t believe in using sex as a weapon in this industry?” His thick New Jersey accent slowly dripped off of his Italian lips like molasses, inviting Scar for a taste, but she declined. “No, it’s not how I normally do business, Marco. Its how I do business with you.” Taking no time to let him regain his good senses, she straddled him, sitting square on her target, and then pressing her lips to his.
“So, what do you say?”
Marco’s lips were mechanical, like a robot who was sent on a search and destroy, and would not stop until it’s mission was accomplished. They seemed to want to kiss her everywhere at once.
“I say, if she’s continues like she did today--” He began, seemingly coming up for air. “--then I could see pushing a contract with the rest of the producers in the next two to three months.”
Just as he had her collar bone within the grasp of his kissed, she pulled away.
“Months? Come on, lets be a little more reasonable, Marco.” Her fingertips traced up his arms to his shoulders, and then to the back of his neck. A sigh of rapture exited from him.
“I can try to work it down to 3 to 4 weeks. Unless you plan on seducing every producer on the staff…” He attempted to dive into her neck yet again, eager to indulge himself in the sweet dark kisses of her scent.
“We do what we have to do in this industry, isn’t that what you told me, Marco?” A devious chuckle was all he would offer her in response.
“We do what we have to do…”
