history evaluated. in 1966 estella marie rodriguez was born in veracruz, mexico. she is the oldest of three kids and also the sauciest. they say that the youngest child is the most spoiled, but in this case it was the oldest. estella had always been a daddy's girl, and whatever she wanted she got, even though sometimes she really had to beg. but she was also a very quiet child. writing was her escape in she use to write short stories and keep them in a journal so that nobody would read them. she would write stories about her family and girls she knew from school. she was also very into books.

the family moved to arizona for better work. after years of working hard in america, the family moved to a larger house and estella received a better education. she learned the english language young, and so it stuck. but she was still forced to speak spanish in the home, and out of everything the one thing she could never give up was her spanish roots. in high school she was a member of both the drama club and the newspaper, for both clubs she was a writer, and in her senior year became editor and chief. the drama club acted out skits and one acts she had worked on.

through newspaper stella received scholarships to attend college, and after high school attended the university of arizona majoring in journalism. in her first two years of college she had been trying to land a job at a newspaper or other publishing companies. finally she sent a script she had written to one of the major film production companies in california, and they contacted her asking if she would be up to leaving arizona and coming to california for a couple of months to revise the script and turn it into a film. she jumped at the opportunity and left arizona, and never went back to college. she was landing dream jobs.

she moved to california in the twenties where she helped write and produce some major scripts and became a crew member for some tv shows. people began seeing her name more and more on movie and television credits, and she was making a name for herself in hollywood. she also began trying acting, and took some guest roles on tv shows she produced on. she did this for ten or more years.

on the set of one of the television shows she produced she met an older man from europe who took her breath away. he was beautiful and charming, and they fell in love. they dated for a year before deciding to tie the knot and move over seas to live in france, where stella took a break from work. unfortunately she couldn't keep her hands off of other men, and at the beginning of their marriage actually cheated on him a few times with a series of different men. after becoming pregnant (with her husbands child thank god), she had a change of heart and knew that for the sake of their child she needed to be committed. she kept the other men a secret until their daughter was about one and half. that's when her and her husband decided to get a divorce. he couldn't trust her.

after privately settling in court and being able to keep her child, almost two years later stella has made the decision to move back to the states and find a couple of projects to work on with her daughter at her side.
