"nothing's wrong really, everything is perfect...and that's also a problem."

she stands up from the make up chair, walking into one of the dressing rooms and closing the door. "you are completely obvious." she says, moving to the couch and sitting down. "did you just take me into the shower with you?" she laughs, hearing the water running in the background. "how is everything being perfect a problem?" she asks, looking around the room a bit.

her smile starts to fade as she listens, not being able
to hold back a laugh. "sweetheart, calm down." she says,
shaking her head. she tries to understand, but really feels the
same way. "i said the same thing about vera liking me, i
just really didn't get it, but you know what it is... it's love." she
sighs softly into the phone. "maybe it's about time you get your happy ending, tabby. you deserve it just as much as everyone else."

it was true, at the beginning of all of this, rockie was against it. but the whole reason was very simple, after all she was the older sister. "i hated seeing my brother grow up. and, i was scared you were going to break his heart." she sighed, before smiling to herself. the reason she changed her mind was also a bit more simple than everyone thought. "hunter confronted me, he ran to you when you needed him, he loves you and i saw myself when looked at you. and realized, you deserve to be treated right, that's why i frowned upon you and dale." she realizes she's rambling and stops.

"dale and i wouldn't have worked out anyway...i seem to care too much about people and their feelings." she laughed. "it's just...with everything that's going on with my dad and my brother not really believing me when i tell him that what i have with hunter is real...and my mom..it's just a lot to deal with.."

tabby a whore and completely disapproving of her dating her brother, she did feel bad. even vera told her that it might be for the best though, it actually seemed to get the two together. "i'm sorry though, you know i care about you, and i just didn't want to see you get hurt." she admitted, looking down at her hands before smiling a bit. "maybe it's time you just let it happen, introduce him to your brother and dad, show them. my dad will be excited to meet you again. prove the world wrong, tabitha. make it last."

"why doesn't your dad want to see you?" she never asked this question to the other female, she normally let it alone, but she wanted to know now. it seemed like tabby was still hesitating to tell her things too, which meant rockie would just push more.
